Now this is an Arby’s. Deals, online ordering,, food quality, service… all absolutely on point. This is the Arby’s we grew up with. The manager had complete control of the entire store. All focused on the guest. Standing in the expo window, checking every order. Counter was moving, drive thru moving and place was spotless and in code. Let him teach the class. Hello store staff, thank you for a great experience.
I have a girl named Amy Lynn Lewis who is a hard worker and she deserves the best of the business in this industry. She loves the the work she does for Arby's on Cleveland and Hankook in ft Myers Florida. She is my girlfriend and she does a damn good job.

I had to comment on how great my service was. We usually go through drive through but decided to go inside today. Sometimes you just want to try something different and look at the menu board. Orlando greeted us, because Tracy was tied up at first.. They both were both friendly and fun , as we were ordering and asking about items we had never had. You always remember your experience, and ours was great .. thanks Orlando and Tracy.. you made our night !!
I went to this location 8/25/24 around 6pm Staff was extremely nice and helpful, lobby and bathroom were spotless. I overheard a manager, Dana, dealing with an angry customer and she handled it very well
The Food is delicious and the Price is right and the best Part is the Service, the employees are very friendly I am very very Happy, for me I don't care how good your Food if the service is bad I won't go back, in thus case they got my business ????????????
I am updating this review to say how much the service has improved. There is a young blond woman that was working today at around 12 noon. She was warm and welcoming and made sure that we were happy. I think she deserves credit for a great job.
I haven't been to Arby's in years..I saw they had wraps and I had to stop and try some. I was super disappointed. The wrap they use is so chewy it's hard to manage and there was sauce literally everywhere making them disgustingly messy to eat. I would also prefer they weren't cut in half, makes them even harder to eat. The chicken was OK, was extra crunchy. If they weren't so messy and had a better tortilla/ wrap I'd have loved them.
