I ordered a Reuben sandwich with an order of fries, ranch dressing through the drive-thru and two sliders. I had to move up in line. They brought me the sandwiches but not the french fries the lady went back in and brought me the curly french fries but without the ranch dressing the Reuben was so salty you could hardly eat it. the french fries were overcooked. I understand this is fast food but maybe you should check the orders before you hand them to somebody to make sure nothing's missing. This is my second time of giving Arby's a chance because I said I'd never go back there but I was craving a Reuben sandwich.
Just went through the drive through. Ordered three meals that cost $40 dollars. Didn't have time to check my order. Got home and was missing the sandwich that cost the most on the menu. Not happy at all
It was okay but I didn’t notice the meat was severely undercooked till after eating. Which sucks now that I have stomach pain. It was also really pricey. Just go to Five Guys not far away in Sebring if you’re looking for a decent burger for the same price point as of here.
They are very polite here and quit frankly great at their job. They seem to work in unison together.
Their roast beef sandwiches are great.
food was cold Luke warm at best. Every fast food chain seems to be that way anymore. That’s why I don’t stop in them very often, and the fact I did was stupidity on my part.
Great crew here. Robert was especially friendly and attentive to us weary travelers with a wee toddler. Will make this a frequent stop on cross state journeys from now on.
Roast beef is, as always, delicious. However, I'm still disappointed that Arby's stopped making the fresh cut fries. They were the best.
This is the problem with franchise fast food. They started good but over time the food and service go down to the toilet. And it is mostly the employee and management fault. Both stop caring on producing good quality food and service and the consumer just became a number. Then they tell you we are sorry blah blah but they don't really care cause the bad quality of food and service never change.
