I went through the driveway today and the lady was so pleasant and kind. Kathleen was on my receipt not sure if that was her name. It is very rare to find that kind of attitude in fast food now a days. Thank you for having such a kind and sweet soul.
We are not native to Columbia but I make a point to eat at this Arby's every time we are in Columbia. They are one of the best fast food restaurants around. The food is top notch. The service is great and you always get HOT food served fast. I've always enjoyed everything I have gotten from this Arby's and the service has always been great. A++++ for food quality and service. This location in particular is EXCELLENT! Keep up the good work!
Bro I love Arby's food but how you gonna charge $.80 for cheese like this and super skimp me on the cup and the sandwich ???? also the fries were cold as a rock after the order was just picked up pft maan come on Arby's your food is so bomb this is lame ????
Order 2 French dip meals one with curly and one with crinkle fries. I asked if fries were fresh. I was assured they were. Ask for sauces. Get home had 2 cold crinkle fries no aus jur sauces. Tried to call but of course no answer
Ordered food 2 large Arby’s roast beef 1 Arby’s cheddar 12 tater cakes and 2 large curly fries. We’re do I start !!!! When was the last time you changed your oil OMG old brunt oil. So bad that you get to taste it. The fries were like rubber it was like eating gum. They were there all day and yes burnt flavor also. Hitting it out of the park. Now for what Andy’s number one thing that they cant screw up the roast beef sandwich’s. It was so over cooked and tuff as nails. Need I say more. Look this is y you don’t pay 15.00 an hour. You can’t even get that right what makes you think you deserve that. I work hard for my money times are bad 40.00 dollars later I got trash and that’s were it went all of it. My family would like to say thanks for this terrible meal. Now I have to cook dinner. If you don’t believe me get in you car and drive there right now. Walk in the kitchen and you will see what I’m talking about.
Went tonight got a wagyu burger meal I got #1. Got our order guy at the window didn't ring the wagyu up as a meal so he got an attitude and ran got a drink and fry and said "you got this free "I said I can pay I don't want anything free. He shewed me off with his hand. Got home my wife's burger is raw pretty much she likes hers well done. Be different if they ask ,but they don't you expect it to be done. So now she didn't get to have this for dinner fed up with this place they can't seem to get it together why???
I had a bad experience with ordering doordash from here and when I drive there and ordered my food again they were amazing about it. I appreciated how quickly theu got my order together even though theu were busy and so nice. Our food was fresh and put together neatly. It was nice considering our dasher picked our food up and kept it.
Usually, I want to post positive reviews but unfortunately this one wasn't the best experience. My family and I walked in and waited at front. We waited for a short time but no one came to the front. I eventually said, "Hello?". Still no response, but we could hear people in the back talking. We did go through the drive through and we were served out meal so that was good! Overall, it is an Arby's and not a sit down resturant, but it would have been nice to have someone help us at the front.
