Always a long wait. Waited 10 minutes for 2 roast beef sandwiches. 1 was with cheddar, ended up getting both with cheddar. I thought they fixed it while I waited an additional 5 minutes, but I arrived home with 2 roast beef with cheddar. Should've doubled checked, but surely thought it was a simple fix. The person at the window had a poor attitude so that didn't help the experience.
The food was great. Staff were not the most friendly people. It almost seemed like I was inconveniencing them by coming in to eat. I understand it was late, and they probably just wanted to go home, but don't make customers feel bad when you signed up to do a job and then don't want to do it.
In a phrase: "Eh, good enough."
They got my order right, and my food tasted good. There were napkins and condiments and so forth. Good enough.
But definitely not first-class or anything to recommend it. Every station was dirty (not filthy, but napkins were strewn, straws were in disarray). Trash cans needed emptying, tables had crumbs on them. There were only three people working, and while the inside wasn't busy, the drive-through was, so maybe they were too busy to clean.
But I got what I wanted, so I'm happy. Nothing to deter, nothing to recommend.
Every table in the place was dirty and we were the only people in restaurant for dine in. They were super slow, you would think someone would clean some tables. Also there is an outlet without a cover in the dining room, I hope no kids get hurt, and the bathrooms need some serious help, the women's sink looks like it's going to fall at any moment and the men's was nasty and all the wall trim coming off and really dirty. Ceilings have leaked and the outside needs some care too... You would think a restaurant would keep their place up. Lucky we don't live here and was just passing through but this is the worst looking Arby's I have seen. Sitting there eating my food I wondered how clean the kitchen was too.
This service was 30 mins for a small order and only 1 other person ahead with an empty location and no one is the drive thru. There is and was no reason for a small order of 2 shakes and 2 orders of mozzarella cheese to take 25 mins. Ridiculous!
We went in around 8 pm on a Friday evening with no one in the store but, drive thru was a little busy. We literally stood there for about 2 or 3 minutes before a young man came to the counter without really acknowledging us. We just gave him our order along with our coupon and then I asked for cups for our drinks. Then we went and sat down and waited another 5 or 6 minutes for our food to get done. Went up to the front counter to pick it up and the fries were a little over done & crispy as well as the chicken on the sandwiches. We do love us some Arby's roast beef but, still customer service was very lacking.
Let’s take it from the top shall we If could I’d leave zero or negative stars the good Lord knows I would this is officially the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dining establishment across the entire United States the food was disgusting my family and I waited so long that we all were about to leave without receiving the demonically diabolical food that we happily paid for despite the outrageous prices and after what felt like an eternity a worker who I think was named Kaleigh finally brought out our food she was built like the red angry birds character mixed with Peter griffin she was beyond rude and unprofessional if anyone ever consider’s eating here the ill keep you in my prayers
Well, I will start out by saying they did not have any roast beef. That is what this restaurant specializes in. The other menu items were being rationed however the price remained the same . I paid a little over $10 for the brisket meal and this is what I got. I truly hate this, it will be a long time before I visit this restaurant again.
