The best choice, just book it! Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and updated. We had the king bed, fireplace and jetted tub room and it was very affordable! Service is excellent all around. Loved the free drinks and snacks as well as the included pancake breakfast and option to upgrade to the buffet at the pancake house across the street! The live music, pool, and easy walk to The Island is another great reason to stay here! We will be back and are telling all of our friends and family too!
Right in the middle of town. We took our youth group here for a conference and the layout of rooms was perfect. There is a nice outdoor pavilion and sitting area with a fire pit. They had great service with complimentary drinks and snacks. You can tell the rooms were recently updated because they are super nice and clean looking.
Staff great, lots of nice extras, like donuts, fruit, coffee, hot cider and cocoa all day. Breakfast across street was great. We paid 6.00 each and upgraded to the buffet. Well worth it. Room was very clean and affordable. Bed was comfy. Great location.
The Arbors is a cozy hotel that prioritizes comfort over luxury. It really shines in creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for guests. They provide all the essentials without the hefty price tag or unnecessary extras found in high-end hotels. We opted for the junior suite, which was clean and well-kept, featuring a gas fireplace, a comfy bed, and daily housekeeping. If you're after fancy decor, fine dining, or a lavish spa, you might want to search elsewhere. But for the price and location, it was a perfect fit for us.
Very nice accommodations! Our room was stocked with plenty of towels and supplies! Very friendly and helpful staff! We really enjoyed staying at a hotel that catered to a little older generation! Very quiet and safe area! This was our first time staying at Arbors, but definitely won't be our last!
This was our second year staying here and already booked for next year. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also very funny. If there is anywhere, I would say for a nice relaxing stay with a homey feel. Arbors is it. I recommend this place to everyone who is coming to Pigeon Forge. The breakfast, 3 pancakes, and a drink for free or upgrade to the breakfast buffet and your drink, for $5 at Reagan's that come with your room, is amazing.
This place is excellent Aaron at the front desk is wonderful. All employees are so helpful and friendly. It sure felt like home away from home. My family enjoyed the doughnuts and cider. And our fur baby was welcomed by everyone. Rooms are very clean and nice.
My daughter and I absolutely love this hotel! Location is perfect, rooms are very clean welcoming and cozy, we loved the special touch of an Elephant made of towels on the bed???? The Staff was very welcoming and made our stay beautiful. The price was right amenities were excellent pool was beautiful clean, hot tub clean and heated just right along with the pool. The fire pit with chairs around it and included s’mores nice touch very cozy. and free washer and dryer was great and the treats in the lobby great! I can go on and on about our stay we will definitely go back and will let family and friends to check out this hotel on their next trip to Tennessee. Thank you for making our trip so special!!!
