So im moving and we just needed a little stay spot for 2 days. This place was the closest. And my words cant be explained. It was so dirty. Sheets pillows all coverd in stains. Bugs fly by sometimes and wraps are pealing. Theres stains and spills in the fridge and the microwave. The bathroom doesnt even have a lock. And the damn smoke detector is missing.This place is like a druggie palace. And not to mention i had to bring my own blankets and pillows because i am NOT sleeping on this dirty ass place. If i could give it a 0 i would. Im being nice to even give it a 1. Over priced for ts? No thank you. DO NOT COME HERE GO FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER???? TS IS SO ASS
Would give zero stars If I could, when I walked in the entire room smelled of drug paraphernalia of crack I had to leave the windows and door open for hours to try to get the smell out which stayed, bathroom was disgusting the toilet was not clean it consisted of human feces on the toilet seat it self, went to the office and explained for them to hand me a rag to clean, didn't use the bathroom there, the used toilet paper rolls had needle marks on the side with blood!! Bugs everywhere along with seeing a Roach, the shower has a huge crack and hole into the floor with no screen to cover the drain along with used soap bars left in the shower, the sheets were dirty and smelled absolutely disgusting freezer and fridge were dirty, please don't waste money here this family owns two motels and neither are clean also rude and are never at the office or answer the phone, for safety and health please don't come here! Would hate for anyone to get sick
This place is nasty only come here for a night or so unless you want bed. Bugs and no one cleans the rooms correctly. I've been waiting three days for clean Sheets The board of health would have a field day here
This was the worst motel I ever stayed at. It was dirty. The smoke alarm was missing. A spill in the freezer was never cleaned. Hair in the sink. There was a red stain on the blanket. There was a loud argument outside my room. Please avoid this place for your own safety.
Deplorable rooms! Broken faucets, light fixtures, even the toilet paper holder. Been broken for so long you can tell that the owner has no intention of rectifying the situation. Filthy, moldy, bare necessities, and I mean bare, as in the rugs are so bare they have holes worn in them. They don't supply all the basics like tp, towels, soap. No ice machine. Good luck getting a room with a microwave that works. After showering right before I left, upon leaving I felt dirtier than if I had been in the Mohave Desert for a week with no food or water! Do Not go there!
I've stayed here before and had no major issues. Nothing fancy but for the area it's decent and affordable. This time, however, I came here with the sole intention of getting some sleep and quiet time away. It was anything but. A huge group of people, including 20 or more children, were outside screaming and partying nonstop. I was annoyed when it was going on during the day, but understandable. Once 11 pm hit it became more than annoying. No one came to tell these guests it was quiet time and people are trying to sleep. The unending screaming didn't let up until late, late night. There were a ton of small flies in the bathtub. And when I was a few minutes late checking out of my room due to having to rid the bathtub of the flies so I could take a shower, one of the staff barged in the room without as much as a courtesy knock while i was in my towel. Extremely unprofessional and i won't be wasting my money here again.
Made a reservation due to a last minute emergency and was promptly charged the full amount. When I arrived, was told that there were no rooms available and there was nothing they could do. After driving 2 hours to this place only to be told at midnight that there were no rooms available even though they were very quick to charge the full amount was beyond infuriating.
However, I may have dodged a bullet. Once you walk into the reception area you will see why. It's absolutely filthy. The couches are stained and disgusting, how can a business allow their customer's first interaction be in a reception area that is so filthy. Definitely proves you get what you pay for. 4 thumbs down.
I am always very honest with my reviews and I am giving this place 5 stars and here is why ! The service is absolutely amazing best customer service hands down ! If you communicate they communicate and that's key ! They are always so kind so friendly and very understanding and compassionate people that run it! Sally is an angel so is victor and Joe ! Some come and go and some stay a little longer so it's a family vibe and the price is very reasonable ! Yes it's an older motel and needs some work but no place is perfect and the service you get overrides the older feel ! If there is a problem they will do their best to work with you not against you ! Don't hesitate to try this place ! I don't know why people say there are bugs in the beds there aren't in the room I stayed and I always recommend you check for that type of thing anywhere you stay regardless if it's a Hilton or a motel no place has immunity to that so do your own due diligence as a customer as well as the place you stay doing theirs . Anyways all in all this is a great place to stay gas station is a 2 min walk stores target , stop n shop etc. 4 min drive ! Have a blessed and beautiful day everyone !
