I’ve been going to Arbor Family clinics. For around 8 years, anytime I need to get in to see the doctors their just a phone call away. I usually see Dr. Alaidroos, she’s very personable when she walks into the examination room she knows me and doesn’t try and rush me. I recommend the clinic for all your needs if she can’t help you she’ll refer you to a specialist. Very glad I found her.
Dr. A is amazing, judgement free, very understanding. I just had my first appointment yesterday, and she does listen when I do tell her about my concerns. The nurses are amazing, receptionist is amazing as well. The phlebotomist is wonderful as well! I look forward to have more great appointments with her, and I will bring my daughter and husband here as well.
It is really bad experience in the clinic is starting from the front desk is not friendly and I have to wait for one hour and I’m not meet the doctor Hania I left the clinic after one hour waiting. I’m not recommended.
Dr Alaidroos is just the best. My whole family (spouse, kids, in laws) go to her. She really listens to patients and takes time with them. As a result, the wait times can sometimes be high, but once she's with you, you're going to receive amazing care.
I saw Dr. Alaidroos for my FAA 1st Class Exam. I was able to schedule my appointment for the following day, I was seen on time and everything went very smoothly. Everyone from front desk to medical staff and Dr. Alaidroos were friendly, professional and very helpful. I will be coming to her practice from now on for my FAA physical exam and I highly recommend her and her staff.
I used Dr. Aldairoos for my FAA pilot physical. All of the office staff were pleasant, and she was helpful and friendly -- didn't seem rushed at all. As a note to the business... Tell all your pilots to go to FAA MedExpress the day prior to their visit and bring the confirmation number to the appointment -- Explain it thoroughly, and send an email with full instructions ahead of time. I think the guy at the front desk was new because he wasn't very clear at all on how this needed to be done beforehand, nor did he fully understand the process. I was stuck doing it on my iPhone right there in the office, which took awhile. (The previous doc I used in CA had a terminal set up for pilots and we did it upon arrival. Or we could do it ahead of time at home as well.)
Arbor Green has been my trusted general practitioner for 15+ years, providing compassionate and effective care. Their personalized approach and genuine warmth make every visit worthwhile, even with the commute from Austin.
Arbor Green is efficient and friendly. Their goal is zero wait time for FAA physicals and they do a great job. Dr Aladroos is personable and approachable as well.
