I arrived early and the person at the desk quickly checked me in and I was taken back immediately. My scan was handled with care and efficiency. The room and machine were clean. The tech was respectful and friendly. I would recommend ARA.
Gentleman who helped me check in for my scheduled appointment was very professional and courteous. The only downfall for me, during the short time I was at the front counter, I could hear the popping of chewing gum coming from the from staff member sitting next to him. I've worked in the medical field in the past, and to me that was very unprofessional. Other than that one complaint, everything else was perfect.
I had 3 MRI’s done. I was frustrated because they started at 8pm. Once I went through the front door, however, the experience was 5 star. The staff was wonderful, they ensured I was comfortable and updated the whole time. Shoutout to Randal, who prepared me for the process and Ann, who was my tech. They were not only highly proficient but also very attentive.
Check in person today seemed a bit irritable. I mention this because my many previous experiences with ARA at the Southwood location have always been welcoming and friendly. Today it wasn’t that way.
I was called in promptly for x-rays by Roxanne. She was thorough, careful and competent.
The waiting room and facilities are always clean and free of distraction.
Scheduling expedient - same day, rep was very patient to get me what would work and timely. When I arrived check in was flawless and there was a rep nearby if I needed assistance. The tech was very nice and professional. The procedure was in and out. Pleasant visit.
The lady that checked me in was very professional and courteous. The technician was also very friendly and helpful,. The one mail receptionist was not as he immediately assumed I didn’t have insurance and told me to copay for my session. If it had not been for the receptionist who checked me in copied my insistence. She advised him he has insurance and descaled and avoided possible confrontation.. I much respect for her and think she should be recognized for good customer service.
The facility was clean and well kept. The check-in staff and technician were courteous, kind and professional. My appointment was on time and my mammogram was completed quickly.
Upon entering the ARA front doors, I felt a comfortable welcome. There was no waiting to check in and they called my name about 10 min later. All of the staff I saw were very friendly and professional. Thank you!
