I usually travel from SW Austin to RR because it easy to get a super early 7am appointment and you're in and out. The facility is centrally located, easy to find and great staff. I highly recommend it!
I had a late appointment. Tammy called when an early spot opened. Even though I couldn't respond immediately she was able to fit me in earlier. When I was having the procedure she made sure I was comfortable and warm. The front desk lady was professional and personable. The Round Rock location is setting a great example that the Manor location could learn from. Way to go ARA Round Rock!
Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was smooth, and the online patient survey I completed the night before my appointment actually worked! The reception desk team quickly checked me in, reviewed my survey, and was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to do another survey or some sort of abbreviated version.
I was quickly called back and changed, with the team keeping me informed about my expected wait time throughout. When I was moved into the MRI exam room, the team was incredibly courteous. They walked me through the entire process and even asked if I wanted a blanket, which was a nice touch. I almost expected them to offer me popcorn and a movie next!
Overall, everything worked perfectly, and the staff’s attentiveness made a big difference. Thank you!

The one woman and five men who saw me today, took such good care of me. I appreciate the level of professionalism, care, and support these ARA team members showed me. I really enjoy going to this location for any imaging needs. I did not get all of their names but want to thank each of them for their exceptional customer service and patient care today.
I absolutely love Round Rocks, ARA. I've been coming here since they opened. I am always so happy to be helped by Edwin. I have been blessed to be helped by him for as long as he's worked here. Edwin is so professional, helpful, kind and pays attention to detail, making any corrections that need attention. Any question I have for him, he looks for and delivers the answer. Your techs are amazing as well. I wouldn't go to any other ARA.
My visit today was a pleasurable experience. Since my back surgery, I have not been an early bird. My appointment, was early. I didn't have my thinking cap on. Instead of being frustrated with me, the people there were very helpful and patient. I wasn't made to feel like I was a number or an inconvenience. I would recommend ARA to anyone who needs to have any imagining done for sure. We live in a time when customer service and professionalism is a lost art. Not here at ARA. Good job. Bravo, bravo.
On time & efficient as usual.
Earlier this year I was charged a small amount & had NEVER had a charge before. It was later refunded. Charged a larger amount this time.
I have had same coverage for years & never had to pay anything.
What is the change? And will it be refunded again?
Seems like extra-un-necessary paperwork for someone!
