I presented to ARA on Parmer as a walk-in for x-rays. I was helped very quickly. There was no wait time which exceeded my expectations. The facility was spotless. The x-ray technician was very courteous and professional. She was very efficient with getting the films. I would 100% recommend ARA for any diagnostic imaging. I also get my mammograms done with ARA and the technicians are extremely kind and gentle.
My almost 3-year-old was recently diagnosed with pneumonia, and her doctor sent us for a chest X-ray as she was still showing symptoms. This was her first time at this facility, so the process took longer than expected.
We had to create an account, which took about 25 minutes, even though the front desk staff said it would only take 5. After that, I had to complete paperwork on an iPad, which took another 15 minutes. Initially, there were only a few people in the waiting room, so it wasn’t a big deal since my daughter was keeping herself entertained. Despite the long registration process, the front desk staff was nice and professional.
By the time I finished the paperwork, the waiting area had filled up, and it took another 25–30 minutes to be seen. This is when my daughter started to struggle. She was upset and sat crying on the floor behind a chair. Thankfully, when her name was called, we were greeted by Becky, the sweetest technician. She completely turned the experience around. Becky was amazing with my daughter—kind, patient, and fun. She made the whole process so smooth and even rewarded her with a small ARA teddy bear. I will never forget her kindness!
Overall, while the wait time and registration process were longer than expected, the care and compassion we received, especially from Becky, made all the difference.
I went to this location twice over the last few weeks and had a great experience both times! Their front desk staff were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond! The first day I went, my doctor's office was having issues sending my digital order so the first lady I talked to offered to call and check in with them to see if they were having issues. When my doctor closed the line early for lunch she offered to call after their lunch break. She was able to get the order pushed through and called to confirm.
The second day when I went to get my work done another front desk person was so friendly and personable, I was greeted with a smile and a "welcome back".
All employees were very attentive & polite. For the distance we drove, from Manor, to have the appointment fast was worth it. We do have an ARA a mile from the house but needed an appointment ASA. Thank you. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
I needed a chest x-ray. I filled out the preregistration forms and prepaid online the day before, which was seamless. I arrived at the appointed time and barely took a seat before I was called to do my exam. The technician was very sweet and fast. I was back in my car within 10 minutes after arriving! Thank you, ARA!!!????
