First time here. Very impressed with menu. Very healthy food and unique presentations. You stand in line to give order and get a buzzer to pick it up. Short line when we arrived but huge after a while. Obviously a very popular place. I had a lemon chicken bowl and my partner had a burrito.
The location of this restaurant is right in Willow Glen downtown. This location also happens to be the first Aqui restaurant in the chain to open. The restaurant is easily accessible from highway 87 and highway 280.
Parking: There is ample street parking but there are parking spots available behind the restaurant as well.
Space: This is one of the few restaurants in Willow Glen downtown that has ample space available inside and outside. There Is a patio available behind the restaurant with adequate seating just as you enter from the parking lot behind the restaurant. Outdoor parking is also available right outside the restaurant by Lincoln avenue. The restaurant also has a nice private event space which can be reserved to accommodate about 20 to 30 people.
Service: As with any other Aqui restaurant, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Service is very quick.
Food taste and Quality: The food quality smacks of freshness and has an amazing taste .
Restroom: The restrooms are very clean and adequately maintained.
Overall, this restaurant checks the box for an amazing space with adequate food options to entertain the family over a weekend or on a weekday.

This place was so good !!! Organic ingredients , tastes fresh and not processed ! It was fairly priced too ! I e came back twice and no regrets ! The appetizer plate with beans and guac was amazing . Large portions and the guacamole was one of the best I had !! Service is great a bunch of condiments and fast service ! Definitely recommend!
Hands down the best fusion of any culinary type that I’ve experienced. A bit busy and loud, but there’s a good reason for that. I’m very discerning, but after eating here multiple times this year I could find literally nothing to complain about if I tried. West Coast Salmon was a perfect and exciting meal!
Very good customer service, I came here with my bestie and they are awesome they even took photos of us. What an awesome place! Had fun I love it here we will definitely return here!
The chips are store-bought instead of fresh, and very flavorless, which kind of ruined some of the appeal for me since I saw it had at least 4.5 stars. They didn’t give me utensils or napkins in my takeout bag, which was kind of problematic cause I’m in a hotel, and they didn’t really have that stuff readily available either. The food was decent otherwise and I liked the Aqui Palmer.
A great place for some good Mexican cuisine in San Jose. They have a wide variety of options from salad bowls to tamales, tacos, enchiladas and taquitos. They also have nice good swirls and cocktails. Quite busy on weekend evenings, however, ample seating options.
