I am amazed at their customer service and willingness to accommodate. The front desk concierge Oliver was beyond professional and courteous. It’s my daughter’s birthday and extremely happy I chose this location for her. We booked two nights stay, our first night we spent it in the arcade room, the next two nights will be spent at aquatopia.
Great customer service matters and If i could leave an additional 5stars for Oliver’s customer service alone, i would. We will definitely be back!
The location was beautiful and the staff is really friendly! Great place to Vacation but unfortunately we didn’t get to use the Water Park to its fullest because the water slides were shut down due renovations . We were accommodated and were able to use Great wolf Lodge. I would love to come back soon hopefully and enjoy the water park to its fullest and make this a usual trip for us ! Hopefully we can financially make it happen and come on back there soon.
So far we have had an amazing experience, Jana at the flow rider took the time to show my daughter how to actually participate in the ride. Very much appreciated. The bartender is great as well! 3pm Friday
Me and my family had a ball. The water park was so much fun . We got there on a Thursday at 11 am. It was not crowded at all . It became alittle more crowded after 4 but still not bad. The adult drinks are really good, Good food too. water slides, ton of fun and thrill . I will be back !
Stayed at the hotel. Hotel is beautiful. Very friendly staff, good restaurants. Awesome view. Bathrooms could use some upgrades, but overall a good stay. Enjoyed it.
Arrived on Sunday. Kids had Veterans Day off Monday. Enjoyed park for 1 1/2 hours. Wake up next morning they had closed all but two water slides because water had contamination. We stayed 3 hours had plan to staying till close. Management refused credit. Normally visit Great Wolf few times a year decide to try Aquatopia even though double price. Ride home both kids began throwing up. Emailed faculty and called multiple times no response. Had friends who stayed they all were throwing up also. Please never go here
Did a quick 3 day trip for my son birthday. Everything was fine except the bartender from the pool stole a tip off my card and you guys don't awnser the phones so I can't even report him. He looked like he did want to work and I ordered 2 margaritas,this man put tequila in a cup drowned it with pink lemonade and I just paid for the drinks and left because I didn't want to argue or even get him in trouble because maybe he was having a bad day idk. Fast forward me being home now my bank send me an update for a payment and it's 5 dollars more because he tipped himself. Crazy and the money is not even the problem it's that fact he gave horrible service and didn't even make what I asked for then had the nerve to give himself a tip. You guys need to do something about him. This was on 12/12/2024 at about 6pm, I can't remember his name but he was the only bartender there and it's the bar with the pool.
I go here multiple years in a row now, with my daughter and mother. The indoor water park is an absolute blast, and it's connected to a giant arcade with tons of modern games and cool gift shop. The food is really good inside Aquatopia. There's about 7 or 8 different slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, a kids area, a bar inside the middle of a pool for adults, and a large Jacuzzi style pool that even connects to a small pool outside. The slides are enjoyable for kids and adults alike.
A multi-day stay in the hotel above, and then simply going downstairs to swim everyday was an absolute blast. It is a very easy building to navigate too. We loved the breakfast buffet every morning. Anything you want! They even have a cool Belgian waffle maker. Eating breakfast with my family was one of my favorite parts of coming here.
My only complaint is some of the rooms lack good water pressure in the shower, and hot water is lacking. But overall it was very nice. Comfy beds and big TV. We absolutely love it here. The rooms are climate controlled. You get to choose your temperature.
Can't wait to come back!
