We had an unforgettable dining experience! Sitting right next to the aquarium was pure magic. Watching the colorful fish swim through the crystal-clear glass was mesmerizing. The aquatic-themed decor, from the coral reef walls to the fish-shaped lights, truly transported us to an underwater world. The food and drinks were equally impressive, adding to the overall delightful experience. While it was wonderful, I'd recommend visiting on a less busy day to fully appreciate the serene atmosphere. If you're in Denver, this is a must-visit!????????
After spending the afternoon at the aquarium, we had a 6:15pm dinner reservation. We finished the exhibits sooner than expected, and the hostess graciously agreed to move up our reservation time. Our waitress Kara was incredibly kind and patient as we asked several questions about the menu. She was the perfect waitress, checking in just the right amount and not hovering. Our dinner entrees (fish & chips and shrimp scampi ravioli) were flavorful and absolutely delicious! And the desert options we tried were delightful as well! All in all, the ambiance, service, and quality of food made this a memorable experience. A highlight of our Denver trip for sure!
Liz was the BEST!!! She gave me amazing food recommendations and priceless hiking tips in Boulder. She definitely made my trip to the aquarium extra special and made me wish I had a waitress like her in every city I visit! I came early and saw the scuba divers cleaning the tank which was super cool! I also saw tigers...random..and met a parrot and a giant porcupine just walking around with a trainer and posing for photos. Not the most epic aquarium ever...but the restaurant and Liz made it worth the stop! And then some!
I am extremely disappointed with our overall experience at your restaurant. It appears my order of the “Thanksgiving Dinner” was mere leftovers as it did not look anything like other plates being brought out to other guests. I had only 3-4 small bits of what appeared to be turkey leg where others had. 3-4 large slices of turkey breast. We orders the “shark explosion dessert” to share and when it arrived it was mostly melted and did not even have the shark fin on top. Again, it looked nothing like the other deserts being brought out. Our server never came to refill our drinks. My family’s experience is not what I was expecting for spending over $100 for a dinner. We will not be back.
The Aquarium restaurant is great. The manager and staff are very accommodating and helpful. Our waiter that day Adrian is very professional. The food was great and we might go back again soon. I would highly recommend to dine here and also visit the aquarium exhibit.
We had the greatest experience that we have had at a restaurant in a long time. Angelina was our waitress and she did a fabulous job. She kept up with everything, and we gave her 2 $2 bills. We reserve those for flawless service. The seatting that we had was right at the aquarium, and we got stalked by fish all through dinner. We even told them we were having the steak. (Had some shrimp cocktail also, but did not see any shrimp there) The steak and potatoes were amazing. The greenbeans are wonderful . The shallots had a little too sharp of a flavor to them. I would use a sweet onion, I think. Or have some dinner rolls with the meal. That is the only complaint that I or my wife had.
Our server Jessica was excellent and provided excellent service! The atmosphere is second to none with the large aquarium windows framing your dining tables! Food was fantastic! Great kids menus and we really enjoyed the seafood options - so delicious! We will come back without hesitation:)
Stopped by for an early dinner and overall had a good experience, with one caveat.
We arrived a bit before our 4:30 reservation and were able to be seated since the restaurant was nearly empty. However, they sat us at one of the few tables that were mostly obstructed from viewing the fish tanks. When we asked to be relocated, they were unable to accommodate. One of the members of our party continued to push, and we were able to get (one of the many available) tables that were closer to the fish.
From then on, the experience was great. Everyone enjoyed their meals - highlights were the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer, shrimp scampi ravioli, and blackened chicken + shrimp salad. All tasted very good.
The view of the fish (at the right tables) was a great addition. There was even a brief performance from some mermaids in the tanks, which was very cool.
Overall - food was good, vibes are great, and service was solid except for the hassle during initial seating. It was also a bit pricey, but a unique experience.
