The place is beautiful, they offer you water and the people are pleasant. However i asked for a basic pedicure and manicure and I left feeling rushed and not taken care of. Very unhappy. An older woman helped me and charged me $55 for the service. She told me to wash my hands after she applied oil and it left my hands dry and i could see that my nails and cuticles just looked bad. I had to ask her to go back at cut so much skin that was hanging around my nails. The bottom of my feet still looks bad and that was the reason i was there she seen it and didn't offer to use anything else that could help so i figured she didn't know what to do but i really needed a good scrub, peel, whatever they had. She just worked quickly. Also when she was done my nails were still so dirty, i had to scrub my own nails. I have to now go to another salon to scrub my feet and use whatever peel to help me. These photos are next the next morning, not even a full 24hours.
The owner is very pleasant unlike her staff they are very rude and if you complain about they make you suffer and they rush on the work that you paying so much money for. I just got my nails done this week and my nails are tingling and it is lifting already. Not including I always pay over $100 each time and they in our neighborhood taking our hard earned money.They don’t give you the color you ask for they pick for you it’s insane how this company went down when they started off so good.I guess they hood as well not acceptable at all for the money you spend.
Love Love Love this place! My girl Cindy that did my nails for years but she is no longer there! Sad to see her go! Have found 2 nail techs that do good work! Tommy took over for me! He does an amazing job! Kandi does good too! Was there today and Tommy did my nails! He did an excellent job! Will still go here! Even tho JoJo the owner doesn't do my nails, she is very kind and sweet and always speaks to me! Tim is nice as well! Overall been going here for almost 5 years and never had a problem with my nails! My girl Bri Bri at the reception desk is so sweet! She let me know that they only take cash on Sundays now prior to my coming in! I
heard her inform everyone that came in about the new policy! Excellent communication and customer service! Nothing bad to say about this place AT ALL! LOVE YOU GUYS!
I liked the customer service but prices a bit high. Pedicure almost $45. Then extra $15 for gel and extra $5 for calluses remove. So $75 for a gel pedicure. Plus a tip.. almost $100 with no design … just for my feet. Other nail shops include all that in the price.
Good experience for simple designs.
I’ve been to this nail salon on 3 separate occasions, 2 for just a casual acrylic set, and 1 for my prom. (The black and white sets are my casual sets, and the red is my prom set.)
I will admit, the prices are a bit higher than what I’m used to, but in my experience as long as you are specific with your desires and go to certain people, your nails will come out nicely. The black and white sets were done by Cindy, the red was done by Truang. I believe I paid between 50-60 dollars for each set, not including tip. My sets lasted well over a month with no lifting or broken nails. Pedicures are very nice and tend to feel rushed, but mine always came out nice for what I paid. Wait times are short whether you walk in or have an appointment, but the people here tend to get multiple services in one visit so it can be a bit busy at times. Be careful giving pictures of what you want, the sets don’t always come out looking exactly like the photo.
My only complaint is that I do get looked at a bit differently when I ask to get my nails as short as I do, but it’s just a matter of personal preference.
Overall great experience, decent prices, and beautiful facility with a large range of colors.
horrible service i come here often 2x a month for the last 3 years. i’m a regular here. I went last tuesday they put me in the back to soak my feet and for 35 minutes no one said anything to me. proceeded to ask if someone could help me and they got upset and told me they were busy and i can go somewhere else but they didn’t give me the choice it was already late. so i ask for the manager i told them what happened to see if they could compensate for the inconvenience but she said the same thing. never cared they were losing a loyal customer and good tipper. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
Unfortunately i have to write a bad review. My technician was great and quick but my issue was pertaining the front desk associate. As i was checking out whatever her name is had “mani & pedi” on the screen… i received no mani and pedi. I corrected her and she then proceeded to rudely say “ oh i don’t know what serviced you received i just know he put $50 on the receipt so it’s $50”. So firstly.. have your team clearly communicate what services they provided so that your front desk agent is aware of what to charge and also so they can reiterate the service to the customer before they hand any form of payment over. Secondly all she had to do was clarify that she just placed it under another service because it matches that price range and so forth. Which also makes no sense to me as a regular pedicure is $35… so how would a dual service be 50? But okay lol. That energy is what makes people never come back and leave reviews! I am Forbes standards deluxe services which means i know all the correct steps that should’ve been taken in that situation. I am also an receptionist for deluxe hotels and resorts and have serviced many celebrities so AGAIN, I know how she handled the situation is wrong. You all should hire someone else. Someone who has the heart to be in the service industry not just someone who’s looking for a paycheck. Whatever her name is, is not a good fit for your establishment. Thanks!
I had such a great experience.!! Daylan did my manni and pedi he did a great great job I love my nails and the customer service was Phenomenal.My baby(3) loves her nails and I love how they cater to her even when she was fidgety.
