The hotel outperformed in all ways. What we got for the price we payed was amazing the rooms were neat and well designed although not the most extravagant for a hotel but for it's class the room was cute and comfortable. The pool area is set up very well with a beautiful surrounding of plants and trees. The pool itself was warm and comfortable and the hot whirlpool was quite relaxing. There was also an indoor hot tub and along with the rest of the pools was neat and well kept. The location is great a short drive from many stores including Starbucks and Walmart. With the scenery a stunning plus mountains can even be seen over the top of the hotel from the inward facing porches.
Great room, great staff and really good price. Better room than most of the competition. Better service too. Only drawback is that the pool and hot tub close at 10pm. For that reason alone I'm almost forced to go to the other places nearby that are open 24 hours.
The staff at Aqua Soleil have consistently gone above and beyond to help me in serious or just difficult situations. The first time I stayed here, it was a crazy night of flooding and I was trapped in the desert. They took care of me on minutes notice and provided an affordable and comfortable stay. This last trip, I was in a mad rush and called ahead to ask how long the check-in process would be. I didn’t expect them to speed it up, but the desk agent took all my information over the phone so I could quickly check in, unload, get ready, and head out in time to make the event I was going to.
Everyone was so nice and helpful here. They came to your room 1 hour after check in to make sure things were ok. Then the next day texted to check on you. The place was very clean and the pool was a lovely temperature. The hot tubs were amazing. It was a nice break from the road of travel
The rooms were nice ,service,I only interact when I checked in. Bed pillow very comfortable. I would’ve given them five stars but every time the AC it turned on it will make a lot of noise and wake up and you can hear noise Since we were in the first floor. people slamming the gate from the pool. The roads are nice. Don’t get me wrong, but these are the reasons why I did not give them five stars.
I was pleased with the overall esthetic. To my surprise, I was happy with the jacuzzi room! The jacuzzi can fit 6 peole. The robe and slippers were a nice touch!! Nice walk-in shower. The place was clean and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. Pool along with both in door as well as out door jacuzzi area's. Not to mention plenty of cool places to take photos
This was our second time here and absolutely love the the mineral pools.| The front desk staff is very helpful and let us know of the best places to eat. Samantha was very friendly checking us in. |I even left my nice pillow there and Jennifer is shipping it to me. We will definitely return!
We went to celebrate our 11 years of marriage and let me just start by staying the room Along with the package that was offered breathtaking. My wife was absolutely amazed and I could not have been happier. This is an amazing getaway spot if you’re looking for fun and relaxation.
