UPDATE- I called on Friday to confirm I could come back and get them fixed. I was told to come in any day this weekend, I asked if 9:00 would be okay because that’s the only time I have. I was told that would be fine. Well, I went in at 9:00 this morning and was told they didn’t have anyone available to do my nails and I had to come back. There was a lady there taking walk-ins but apparently not for what I needed, which is funny because she was doing the same thing I got on another lady when I first got my nails done. When I asked why no one was there to do my nails when I was told 9:00 wouldn't be a problem I was told it’s because no one usually comes in early on weekends. I’m sorry but that is a poor excuse. Busy moms will come in this early, especially when weekdays aren’t an option. You’re a nail salon, if you’re open you should have someone there who is able to do a little bit of everything you offer. This will be the last time I walk in there. I will not be coming back not even to get them fixed, especially since I was also told I needed to get them redone with the person who messed up in the first place. Absolutely not!
UPDATE- less than a week and my nails have lifted in the corners. I went in today to get my nails done. First time in years. The service was good. But it wasn’t until I got home and really took the time to look at my nails and realized how messed up they were. Thumbs are crooked, the white line isn’t even covering the grown out top part of my nail on half of them. One is so bad I can see when I have something in my nail. Like I said, service was good, nails is just not doing it for me. Especially for $55.
I was super excited to get my pedicure at this place since I have been here a few times and never had any issues. Today I went in and was seated down and a man named David proceeded to help me. He was a younger guy who I had never seen or had done my toes before. Everything was going ok then he started to file/drill and clean up my toenails. I have had a history of ingrown toenails and have had procedures done so my toes aren’t the prettiest but I get pedicures so I am less likely to get one. This man proceeded to drill down hard on my toenails and then drill down my cuticles? Why are you using a drill then cutting my cuticles this was hurting me and then to make matters worse my cuticle proceeds to bleed. I was so overwhelmed and embarrassed as this was painful and this man wasn’t picking up on the fact that I was flinching every time he filed and cut my nails. He was so careless and inconsiderate to the situation after I told him I have issues with ingrown nails and that he needed to be more careful with my nails. He proceeded to put acetone and something else on my bleeding cuticles which burned like crazy!!! I am extremely disappointed with this service and if it weren’t for ladies like Kathy, Jenny or Tina I wouldn’t go back. I’m happy they had Kathy do my pedicure after, she was nice and tried to comfort me as I was overwhelmed and crying. Those ladies are so kind and mindful of my toenails and never hurt me. I never want a man to touch my toes here again !!!
Amazing service and experience!! I will never go anywhere else! Kim does amazing nail art and the customer service is 2nd to none! You must give Aqua a try if you’re in the market for a new salon. They’ve never disappointed!

I stopped by for a pedicure since it was convenient, but wish I made the drive to my usual salon. The chairs were outdated and the music wasn’t relaxing to say the least - it was 80’s musical hits. My service was good considering the price ($48), but I wish they had their specific services listed. I didn’t want the leg scrub or hot rocks, but I wasn’t given an option. When paying for my service they don’t allow the option to tip via card and apparently Venmo is really inconvenient for them. She suggested I keep extra cash on me. Don’t intend on coming back.
I AM OBSESSED WITH JAZZY! She always does exactly what I want even when I dont know what I want. She takes her time and her designs are superb.
Customer service is bad. Girl at the appointment desk gives you rude answers. She gave me appointment but asking me to wait for an hour or choose someone else. When I said that I was not happy with their last service three weeks ago and that's why I chose a specific person this time. She asked me to come back if I don't like their service or I should have came back when I didn't like their service.
I expect to get my nails done right first time if not I will make an appointment with a specific person next visit who I know does my nails good at that place. Why should I choose someone and go back again and again to fix my nails!!?
Why would she give me an appointment and ask me wait for an hour or choose someone else? No respect towards their customer's time!!! She clearly told me to go somewhere else with no apology. I'm never going back there again
