1st time here was great but today not so much. I felt super rushed out of there like I was an inconvenience and not worthy of their business. The pedicure was fantastic but when we went to the desk for the manicure it was like she was a different person. Picking up stuff fast & furious and setting it down hard, moving my hands around all aggressive. WOW! My anxiety kicked in and I couldn't do anything but talk myself out of losing my cool on her. I won't be back. This might explain why it was so quiet in there. Also, I felt bad for the lady paying at the time. They gave her such a hard time because she didn't have cash. I don't agree with the pressure for cash.
I have been going to Sam at Aqua Nails for about 10 years he is the best in Maple Grove. He is extremely professional and gives you exactly what you ask for in addition to keeping your nails healthy and growing. I had no nails when i started with Sam and always had to add tips. I told Sam I wanted to grow my own nails and he said as long as I came regularly he could ensure to keep my hands beautiful and that is what he has done. I have tried every shop in Maple Grove none can top the service and treatment I get from Sam. I have not had to add tips in years my nails also hardly ever break.
This is the best place for a little pampering! My friend and I made an appointment for Sunday at 11. It was the best time! My friend and I were getting pedicures at their quietest time. We both had the Hawaiian pedicure. It was so relaxing, and our toes were pretty at the end, too. Always friendly, and I've never had troubles paying with a card here, like I have other places.
I usually get my nails done by the guy who works here, he always does great. Had someone else today, nails came out very chunky and bumpy. not worth the price:/
I used to come to aqua nails all the time and loved it. I decided to come back to get a manicure and pedicure but was very disappointed :( pedicure was good but the quality of my nails was just not good. I didn’t realize it until I got home… I did the white ombré and you can see my thumb nail wasn’t completely covered with the white. Almost all of my nails are like that. Also, the ombré look was not blended enough. You can see right where the color change is in the base of the nail. I feel bad having to say it but It’s very disappointing to have had spent $120 on a service I just wasn’t happy with. I won’t be going back.
Great place to get your nails done! They got me in fast and I had an amazing manicure and pedicure with Sam. I’m massively pregnant and he helped me in and out of the chairs and even carried my jacket for me. So sweet. The leg and foot rub was divine! And even though I have short nails he made them look gorgeous. Nice way to pamper yourself in a great atmosphere!
Was very bad quality. Chunky nails my friend asked for flames and got that. They refused to refund us and argued and said our nails were just fine OMFG. Never going back.
Really enjoy this salon. Typically would see Titi on a bi-weekly basis. Titi is kind and professional. I was going to this salon for 2+ years and unfortunately in the last 6 months when I’ve made an appointment I’ve had to wait for my appointment at least 3 times (sometimes up to 15 minutes for an appointment I scheduled ahead of time).
Although I enjoyed going to this salon I will no longer be returning as I’ve been trying to call for an appointment and have had no luck getting anyone to answer my call; on top of waiting for an appointment I make ahead of time. Unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere at this point.
