I had an amazing weekend with my friends at your facilities, and I only have good things to say. From the moment we arrived, the team was very friendly and helpful, specially Mateo always attentive to anything we needed. The place is spectacular: clean, comfortable, and at a more than reasonable price for the quality offered. It was an experience that exceeded our expectations, and we all had a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything!
The room feels very cozy and warm. I loved the beach vibe. Easy to find and very straight forward process when checking in and out!|The beds are super comfortable. And the room was very spacious. |We loved our front girl, Genesis! Great service
This hotel is quite nice. They provide towels and chairs for the beach, which is convenient. However, it would be great if they had a mini-bar in the room.
It also appears that there’s an additional fee for a day, depending on where you made the booking. It’s important to be aware of this.
The price was right compared to others on the strip! The room was just what we needed for one night stay before cruising! The room was clean.... bed slept good... walking distance from beach, shops and dining! Genesis at the front desk was great and very accommodating to our needs. We were able to check in an hour early and she allowed me to charge my phone! The patio was right outside my room and provided good chill time! This will be my go spot when cruising!
The worst hotel I've ever been to, gosh. I'll try to explain in a few words. We booked this hotel through Decolar, and the voucher said: FREE PARKING "NEARBY." To my surprise, there was no PARKING FREE NEARBY. We ended up parking in a "public" parking lot, which, at least, wasn't that expensive.
The rooms are awful. It's an old building, and we could hear the sounds from the room next door (like people talking, as if we were inside their room). They charge $37 per day, and the only amenities are towels and a beach chair (THERE'S NO UMBRELLA).
The air conditioning was controlled by the reception (???????). At 3 a.m., I tried calling the reception, but nobody answered. We were freezing inside the room.
The check was available only 4p.m (????????????????)
And check-out it got be at 11am (?????)
RECOMMENDATION: NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.
We would like to express our great appreciation for the Front Desk Agent Juan. His excellent and welcoming job performance made us feel very special guests. We are very impressed with Juans competency and charming positive energy that he projected towards us. Definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends.
Also, we very pleased with house keeper ladies Santa and Aura. During our stay our room was constantly clean. Fresh aroma. Soft clean towels created atmosphere of being home, with a touch of dream vacation.
We really impressed with an excellent Customer Service of this hotel.

Great stay! Emmanuel at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and Santa did an awesome job with housekeeping. It’s a basic hotel, but totally worth the price. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
Everything is good, rooms are clean, towels and shampoos are very quality product but extra service fee and deposit payment on arrivel is little bit bad. thanks for hot coffe in morning time. Also receptionist Genesis is so kind. Thanks gor everything
