The worst clinic I have ever visited. The waiting period is excessive—despite arriving before my appointment, I waited about 20 minutes to be seen. The staff seemed inexperienced; the person performing my X-ray was new and untrained. The doctor’s examination was superficial, and they left me waiting for a long time without addressing my pain or providing a solution.
The clinic also lacks credibility and professionalism. They are unresponsive to calls, often taking one to two days to answer, and it took three days for them to email me my records after repeated requests. Despite providing the necessary information and being promised a follow-up call to schedule an appointment, no one ever called back or followed up.
This clinic fails in patient care, communication, and professionalism. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Today we visited here for the first time. I took my grandma here and to say we had a great experience is putting it lightly. The hygienist Karen was very kind and warming. She made my grandma feel comfortable despite being very nervous. The doctor was also very kind. I would recommend this place to others. 10/10
It's my first time there & everyone was very professional & curious the dentist was very friendly & informative???? with my needs & explain the process that I need to go thru which was just what I needed for my ????quality of life. Having a good set of teeth is very important to being healthy, ????the staff was great ,they told me just what I wanted to hear, made me feel comfortable & treated me like a close friend. Waiting for the funds to get started on my journey w/Aqua ???? Dental ????????
The service has always been great the dentist are always helpful when having my teeth cleaned or whatever I need. They did such a wonderful job my whole family goes to the office in Pearland. My family and I really thank everyone there for the great work you all due.
My teeth were in bad shape, did not do a good job of keeping up with my cleaning, but today my teeth are cleaner then ever! I m very pleased with the service I received today. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Dr Tudki is the best. Very patient with excellent skills, and diagnose you ???? right. He knows what he is doing and won't give you fake promises. He did my husband's root canal, haven't had pain since. It's been 5 years now. We and my sisters family's dentist is Dr Tudki since.
I had a great experience at Aqua Dental Pearland! Everyone was so nice & welcoming. Especially the front desk staff, my dental assistant and hygienist- Ms. Karen. The dentist was very nice too. They were very accommodating with my schedule. I will definitely be back!
Staff was very nice and professional.They got me in right away which I was so thankful for since I had really bad tooth pain. Super efficient. My root canal took a total of an hour and a half and that was with extra time to get numb. I had very little discomfort which is a big deal for me considering I have had some awful past experiences. She explained everything along the way and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. 10 out of 10.
