It was a good Saturday, The service was kind of lacking. But other than that I enjoyed the Happy Hour menu from 2-530pm Wednesday to Saturday in the high-top bar area, Great prices. The lobster sliders were delicious. The calamari was cooked perfectly & a nice tasty lemon mayo dip with it. Only wish the lemon was more subtle & it would have been perfection. Good $6 martinis. I tried three different flavors from watermelon, raspberry, & blueberry. Blueberry was prolly the best one. I'll have to give the restaurant side a chance.
Have driven by this place so many times and never would've thought this place was so beautiful! We were staying nearby in Tom's River and were looking for some place to have dinner when this place came up on our search. I'm happy it did, because if not, we would've never come in.
Deceived by what the outside looked like, the inside did not disappoint! The space is great for a cozy, intimate dinner for two or for a party of twelve. Our server was very nice and attentive. We always appreciate a server that recommends a good dish or drink and makes sure that you're enjoying your time.
We'll definitely be back next summer!
Place is excellent...clean, professional service, anything we've ever ordered has been delicious. The top key for us is...since the first time we enter this place, it has been very welcoming to our family (we have a daughter with special needs). We have been to many places where they won't look at her or are just rude service. Yes, this place has a limited menu, but it's delicious and fair priced compared to most other established restaurants in the area. Love the happy hour and the music. Kudos to the staff and owner for your fabulous service and food.
WOW! Just had a shower at aqua blu and when I tell you it exceeded my expectations, I mean it! Oscar was so attentive and the staff was amazing. Oscar even made sure the kitchen made special meals for me because I have celiacs disease. The planning process was so simple and enjoyable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Will definitely consider having future events in this space! Thank you aqua blu!
Very nice well decorated upscale restaurant. The have a large bar in the front with a casual dining area with live music and a more formal dining area near the kitchen. Kitchen is open for view which I like to see. All was very clean and the food was very good.
Really nice dinner experience with friends here. Service was excellent (thanks Juan) and food was very good. The burger with the pasta on top my friend had was kinda weird, but my bolognese was excellent. We sat in the back room luckily because it was very loud in the other dining area. The bar area was jumpin'
This place was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly… easy to make a reservation right online. Our waiter was very professional and friendly…. And let me tell you the food was great! Also what an amazing look on the inside. Thank y’all!
This place was awesome and they accommodated my party of 6 last minute on the holiday weekend!! Our server was knowledgeable and made great recommendations!! Everyone enjoyed their meals but I must highlight mine!! The swordfish skewers were delicious!! I’m reviewing it all now- at estrellas_allornothing.
