Was From Out of Town and Wanted SoulFood, Great Menu Items, Was A Slight Salty in Some Dishes. CORN Bread Muffin was On point. Service Was Attentive.Would Go Back if In Area, would Just ask About Salt Content in Seasoning That's All.
Omg!What can't I say!The food was amazing!!!!That is the best southern food I have had out in a good minute!I wasn't disappointed by anything we had on the table!The service was great.The Bistro Lemonade was the drink recommended ???? ???? and it was a good mix of everything!I can't wait to go back.The music even added a nice little vibe since we came abt 5pm on a Thursday and had our kids!
The food was average but good. Didn’t care for the greens. Way too salty.
I went to this restaurant for the first time for my birthday this month and I was extremely pleased with the service, the cleanliness and the food was Amazing! I had the Creole fish and grits OMG!! Nothing like it, flavorful. Definitely worth it! I will be back soon. The waiter was so patient with us Mr. Young I believe his name was.

My friend and I recently visited April's Place on Fairburn Road for lunch, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely incredible—every bite was a delightful surprise that left us in awe. The exotic flavors were so intense that we nearly spilled our drinks in excitement! It was as if our taste buds were dancing, and we couldn't help but feel the energy in the air. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return for another extraordinary meal at April's Place! Our waiter Jalen Was unbelievable attentive and kind ask for him by name when you check out April’s place
First time trying with my parents after church on Sunday for lunch. Food was delicious. Service was great. It's a nice urban vibe! The only thing was ...it gets congested by the front door when ordering. If they come up with a solution for the front door...that would make it a great spot!...but all in all, I would recommend to anyone who likes an urban vibe with great soul food!
Wife and I stopped by again; we were here 3 months ago for the first time. We were impressed with the service and food the first time and again during our current visit. The pricing is great; we always take a plate to go!
Our server was always on point. They may want to try a slightly thicker cut of pork chops. It may take a few minutes more to have your food prepared, but it's worth the wait. One of our better choices for flavorful dishes in the ATL metro area.
