We enjoy dining at Applebees from time to time. Not only is the food really good, but we had steak a couple of nights ago and what a pleasant surprise ... It was one of the best either of us has ever had. They were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and were wonderfully tender. The service was exceptional also.
The service their sucked the waitress we had didn't give us a refill a different one did. As well as our waitress didn't bring us our food. We got our appetizers at the same time as our food. She only came and asked us how everything was after we paid, the hostess actually gave us our boxes to go. Our chicken was dry, also doesn't seem like they know how to filter the fryers we could just taste bad grease. All and all the hostess was the highlight of our night. And we will be back because of her and her friendly service!!!!
The food was great, the service was moderately okay, but what they called music was so bad and repetitive that I literally got up and left sooner than I wanted to.
It was a very unpleasant experience because of the noise that they referred to as music.
I will not be going back until they change their music format to something that is not obnoxious, it was half rap half repetitive lyrics, it was just annoying!
Our server Jessica was great bit the food was not. Husband's macaroni was cold. My food was hot but did not taste right. We decided to have dessert because our meal wasn't very satisfying but my blond brownie was hard. Very disappointed. Not planning on returning.
The worst Applebee's experience in my life. And that's in the hundreds... 3 days of bad steak orders. One day I left waiting for my beer.. but they turned around finally... great last dozen visits.. love the shrimp and parmesan steak.. took care of me well.. Will continue visiting..
Ordered takeout tonight and we definitely got leftovers. Hard and chewy mac and cheese with cold, and not so hot chicken on the top. Very disappointed, was expecting a lot better than that. Probably lost a customer for a good while.
I got the bourbon chicken with potatoes and shrimp. The chicken was so over seasoned it wasn't edible and I took it to the sink and washed it off (because I got it go) so I could eat it. The potatoes were hard as rocks. When the bartender brought my food she just dropped it in front of me and said here. Worst experience at an Applebees ever. Definitely won't be going back to this one
Worst experience ever. Manager fought with us after a burger was under cooked twice, then walked off, service was dreadful could not get anything we asked for. We had to have another server help us. Thank you Adam for your help super trooper! Will never go back, and i do not recommend for anyone to go there! Managers name was Matt. Pretty sure he was on something. He was a dick.
