Best WLM Reviews
Haven't been to Applebee's in years. Service was very good and the food was great! We very pleased!
Great food here. Excellent service. Grace was our waitress and she was awesome!! Quesadilla burgers were fantastic. My son loves the chicken tender plate along with his Shirley Temple. All around great place. Recommend trying here if you haven’t. Thanks!!
Stopped in while shopping for a quick bite. We were greeted promptly as we entered and seated. Our waiter, Chance ,arrived soon after and took our drink orders. When he returned we ordered. 2 meals for $35. After a short wait our food arrived. My wife ordered the Ribs and I had the chicken and shrimp. The food arrived hot . The food and atmosphere were good. The bar area was half full. After eating I went to restrooms. They were neat and clean. My only disappointment was the soap dispenser was a ketchup bottle that I didn't want to touch. Maybe they can have that repaired soon.
I always come here for late beers or sit down dinner since they're open later than most places. Never disappointed. My bacon cheese burger was awesome and so photo worthy.
I love their food here and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. Services are amazing and friendly.
Had a 2:1 coupon so decided to give it a try. On the plus side, the burgers and fries were very good.
Now the rest of the story. Walked in and it was hot. Found out that the a/c wasn’t working. Looked up and noticed how discolored all the ceiling tiles were. Hostess was quick to greet us and started cleaning a booth for us. Noticed another couple sitting and waiting. Been there a while and another host had forgotten about them. Let them take our booth and took the next one. Our waiter was running non-stop and really hustled. They appeared short handed. Got an iced tea, some of the worst tea I had ever had. Swapped it out for something else. Kitchen was really slow. Took about 1/2 hour to get our burgers. When they arrived, a small swarm of flies came with the food. Never could get a refill on my $3.39 drink. Got out of there as quickly as we could after eating.
Do not recommend.
Ashli and Chelsea our bartenders were wonderful. They were attentive and diligent. Wonderful conversation. Even the staff we spoke with remembered we were staying in a hotel and procured us with extra utensils for our to go order (yep the little things mean the most) Wonderful!
We had Christmas dinner here and the wait was only 20 minutes although the place was packed at 2pm. Food took about 10 minutes longer to come out but it was Christmas and I think they were under staffed. However our server never missed a beat and his ribs and my grilled chicken salad was perfect. No complaints here. Ho ho ho!????
