Steven was great the moment we sat down he got our drinks let us decide and came back in a timely manner!!! thanks so much only thing I’ll say make sure yall ask about the all you can eat because YOU CANT SHARE “per” company rule? Whatever that means.. pictures down below is just for me and I’m one person it’s alot of food
On Saturday, November 2, 2024, I attended a birthday gathering for my father around 4: 00 pm. We parked in the parking lot across from the curbside pick up area. My husband, daughter, and myself entered Applebee's to join everyone, and it only had few customers in the building. We had nice conversations, and eventually I had to take my daughter to the restroom. An individual came in as I was talking my daughter through washing her hands and blowing her nose, and everything seemed fine. Shortly afterwards, we began to leave Applebee's. When we exited the front door, we noticed my car was hit and damaged on the passenger side rear. We called 911 to file an accident report. When the officer arrived the materials/parts from the other vehicle was on the ground. It belonged to a Ford pick up truck. The officer searched the premises and found the car it belonged too. It was the Applebee's employee. The employee did apologize after the officer addressed the findings and the situation. However, my problem is no one intended on telling my what happened to my car while I was in your establishment. I understand your employee was running late, but I do not understand the workers not informing me of what happened to my car. My tail light assembly is out (signal, stop, and reverse). It is on private property, your property, and done by your workers. There needs to be something in place for standards and ethics whether it is with malicious intent or an accident. My gathering patronized your establishment spending over $250 with the few we had present. To leave and walk out to your parking lot to a damaged car uninformed is unacceptable especially when not one employee have the moral fiber to let me know that my car was hit, and it is damaged badly.
I can't say enough great things about the Applebee's Grill + Bar in our area! This place truly goes above and beyond compared to other local restaurants. Whether you're looking to hang out with friends, enjoy a few drinks, or grab a delicious meal, this Applebee's has it all.
The atmosphere is always inviting and fun, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or kickstart a weekend night out. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is a great experience. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

This is the worst Applebees you can go to. I went there recently for my birthday and it was a disaster. I ordered the Fiesta Lime chicken and it was BURNT. They tried to cover it with the cheese and the chips but it was a fail!!! Our food was super late, and never got refills on the drinks.
I complained about my food and told the manager I had no time to wait for them to remake it so I had to eat it burnt! Ridiculous! He offered to take it off the bill for me and when we got the bill it was there. We told the waitress about it and she went back to the manager and came back with a tiny discount on the chicken LOL.
Absolutely hideous! I was so pissed that I wanted to just leave and never come back.
Please find a different place to go with your family and avoid this location.
Plus, the place is always smells like mold, is always understaffed, and they have the grossest attitude. HARD PASS!!!
The ABSOLUTE WORST ALL THUMBS DOWN. Waited at the bar for 20mins with nobody even acknowledging my presence and they were NOT BUSY. I was simply treated invisible, take your business to Longhorn they acknowledge and appreciate your business unlike this business
Our server was Steven, he is always such a great waiter. I have a large family and every time he is waiting on our table he is so kind and understanding and inviting of our big family. Thanks for the great food and service Steven!
We were seated pretty quickly. Our server was Steven who was great didn't feel rushed or pressured. The food was good which it was hotter.
First of all, it’s Applebees so there’s zero expectation. Personally, not a fan of this place but my daughter wanted to go here for her 14th birthday. Upon entering, we we greeted by other customers making remarks about no hostess.
I’d say about half the tables were empty. 6:30pm on a Saturday.
After waiting for a decent while, a hostess appeared and said she would be right back. A while later, she returned and let us know that the wait would be an hour….
Everyone waiting, including us left and went next door to Longhorn.
