Our waiter was very professional and kind. Got our food pretty fast, probably within 20 minutes. Wasn't so busy . Yummy food. Enjoyed it.

Immediately asked if I needed my food to be cooked separately so not to contaminate & was very aware of the effects of this allergy. Not all restaurants are willing to accommodate those with this allergy & I really appreciated it
I would have given 5 stars but when we first came in we stood waiting to be seated while several employees walked by us without saying a word. We stood there long enough that had other restaurants further up the road not been packed, we would have walked out. We understand that many restaurants are short-staffed but we felt that someone should have at least acknowledged us and let us know that someone would be with us shortly. When someone finally came to seat us, she told us they were short-staffed and she was looking for a table in an area where there was a waitress. Once we were seated, our waitress was excellent and our food was really very good.
We, a group of 3, came in around 6pm. There were maybe 6 other tables occupied, so not busy by any means. We were sat immediately but did not have a server come up to us for 15 minutes. In that time no one asked us what we would like to drink or even just to tell us they would be with us soon. After 15 minutes our server, Staci, came up to us and told us she would be with us soon. After another 5 minutes she came back to get our drink order but forgot her pen and had to leave again! Once Staci returned to take our orders she used a napkin because she had also forgotten a paper. We were all ready to order our food, due to having plenty of time looking at the menus while waiting. We were going to order the 50¢ mozzarella sticks but were informed it is 50¢ per stick, which seems like such a silly sale. We ordered and were brought our drinks a few minutes later. We waited another about 20 minutes for our food, which really isn’t too long of a wait. However once the food arrived it was cold and the ketchup on our table and the surrounding tables were all empty. We would have asked our waitress for another bottle but at no point until the very end of our meal did she come anywhere even close to us. On top of cold food and no ketchup, my husbands burger had tomato on it when he had asked for no lettuce or tomato. When one person in our group was finished eating Staci returned to take the plate. We all asked for refills of our drinks because no one had come near us for us to be able to ask for a refill before that point. By the time we got our refills all 3 of us were done and Staci took the other two plates. We then waited for the check because it was not brought to us once she took the first plate as it would have been at any other establishment I have ever been to. Overall VERY poor service for overpriced, mediocre, cold food. Would not recommend, there are MUCH better options in Branson.
Tried to have dinner there, on Monday night, & the hostess was great. Seated us promptly, was very pleasant. That was the last good thing about the visit. Being told that our server would be right with us, we started checking the menu to decide on what we would order. About 10-15 minutes later, still no server. . . . After a few more minutes, we watched another being seated, with an immediate server. This server also checked on the next couple, then walked right past us, without even a greeting. At this point, we gave up. & left.
Just left super happy with our visit! Amazing Steak thanks to The Grill Master Michael, and our Server Tori… absolutely the BEST! We will definitely return and request both of these outstanding individuals. Thank you again for a great dinner, and the Tipsy Leprechaun drink, yum!
We been ordering from here a lot due to recovering from surgeries so limited mobility,obviously. Another obvious is even delivered the food is fantastic! The burggers/ meat done perfectly even delivered! Thanks everyone from Rossi 120 Oxford Ct, I'm sure you know us! Going to order again soon today!
Well I order curb side and I would like to mention that I ordered from the parking lot. So I was on time. However after seeing that my schedule time had passed and no one was coming our way I decided to go in to see if there was an issue. Only to find out employee didn't come to work only to socialize with other staff members. So after being told to wait in the the waiting area for about 9 min an employee finally finished their conversation long enough to fit me in after looking at me more than once standing and waiting. Finally after being asked for the name on the order, the employee brings it right back to the stand .. so I asked was that my food that was already bagged. So now after spending $70 I'm peeded off. But this it what happened when you travel on a holiday. Oh the Menu was trash, it basically was only finger food.. New staff pls, well replace all but the greeter he deserves a raise.
