The food was excellent and fresh! As you see from the photo the cheese sticks are super cheesy! The $10 bucket alcoholic beverage was good and strong ????????! The waiter had the driest since of humor and I loved it ????! The lighting was a little dark and people had to use flashlights from their phones to see it. But overall, it was pretty good experience!
I recently ordered takeout, and there were significant issues with our order. Upon receiving our initial order, I checked it and found that several items were incorrect. The modifications I added online, such as removing sauce from a burger, were not followed. Although the restaurant acknowledged their mistake, which I appreciated, the remade burger was RAW when we got home. Additionally, the customizations related to food intolerances were also ignored, even though they were clearly specified in the online order.
This isn't the first time unfortunately, and I truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially on a day that I did not feel well to cook and just wanted to enjoy some decent takeout. With that in mind, I don't know why this is an issue with their kitchen, but I surely will not be going back and would encourage them to reevaluate their kitchen operations because more than one issue in one order is nothing more than irresponsible and carelessness on the chief's part.
Truly unacceptable for a restaurant.
I have eaten at Applebee's many times and the food is delicious I go away stuffed. My all time favorite is the grilled chicken with broccoli and mashed potato's, but I always get more broccoli and no mashed. I don't know what you do to the broccoli but it is soooo good as is my favorite dessert, the Blondie, YUMMY!!!! I never have problems with servers they are always busy but always have a smile on their face. The manager Rick has this way with the customers where they literally feel like family. He takes the time to talk with them not at them, and what Applebee's does for the veterans just makes my heart happy. My dad and brother are both veterans. Keep up the good work.

Love this Applebee's. Every visit is always met with great service and great food. The manager on the floor last night was so friendly, came to our table and chatted with us for a few asking about our food and experience, we let them know we were highly satisfied. Thank you
We have had a few bad experiences at applebees but decided to stop at the the one in yuba city on our road trip to socal because the kids were hungry. We are so glad we did, because our server Becky was OUTSTANDING! She was so friendly and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. I also noticed that none of us ever had to ask for refills! She just brought them! She really went out of her way to make sure our 6 kids were happy and having a great time. They were out of crayons, so she gave us all the pens she had and then found more. I will definitely be stopping at any applebees we
see when we are hungry on our family roadtrips.
Obviously it's Applebee's, it's not home made cuisine or anything crazy in terms of menu options but great deals, our server was Stephen I believe his name was and he was awesome! Excellent service and the food came out in a timely manner.
If you are like me and love you some of the Chicken Wonton tacos, there is a *secret* menu item where you can get 6 of them for $9.99, you just ask for it instead of paying the $13.99 for 4 of them! Heck yeah!
I'd also like to give a shout out to the gentleman with shoulder length hair who held the door for the elderly both as they were going in and out--paying attention and being extremely attentive.
The service was amazing, we had Becky and Thomas as the servers. Food was good and hot and drinks were amamzing!!
We had a wait of an hour for a table but it was graduation night so it was real busy so we asked for the bar seat we noticed open seating and let an employee named Tyler know we had changed our minds and he began to argue with us. We mentioned that surgery had got done with one of our friends and couldn't possibly use those chairs. He continued to argue and gave us a dirty look as we walked to the bar.
George the bartender was a fantastic mixologist, friendly and fast thanks to him the night ended well. Tyler needs to improve his attitude if he wants to stay in the CS business.
