It was national wing day so I took advantage of their online special of buy one order of wings, get one free.
I ordered their boneless wings with sweet Asian chili sauce and then bone-in wings with garlic Parmesan.
Neither order of wings were juicy, but I enjoyed the boneless wings more. They were white meat and the sauce was fantastic.
However, the garlic Parmesan wings were too much. This is one of my favorite toppings/sauces for wings, but there were way too greasy - borderline disgusting. Their site says it adds 390 cal, but it tasted like an additional 700. I did like the crispiness of these wings though.
Service wasn’t great. Workers weren’t that friendly and the food took longer than it should have to come out.
The food was amazing nice and hot and fresh. The wait wasn't long at all and my waitress was very friendly. Over all the service was great. I would definitely come back again
Went for a date night out with my boyfriend, turned into a terrible night. Got seated right when we got into the restaurant but didn’t even get water or noticed until 40 mins later. Went around 5ish and was not busy at all. The waiter didn’t come to us until 40 mins after being seated, she only came to check up on us one time and didn’t even give us our receipt. We had to pay through the little electronic machine at the table. The food was decent but when I came home to eat my leftovers there was a whole piece of paper stuck onto my cheese from the cheese wrapper. Such a disappointment since this Applebees location is in one of Cranston’s most visited places. DO BETTER APPLEBEES!!!

I'm so sad ???? to know that this Applebee's in garden City had burned the food was great, the service was great going to miss this place ???? r.i.p Applebee's ✌️
The food was very tasty. Our server was awesome, and the manager was very helpful and attentive.
Ended up getting food here last weekend. Ordered fish and chips and pasta. The fish and chips were fine. However the next day I ate the pasta I ended up getting food poisoning. I know this location people come and go but this is unacceptable. I never had food poisoning before and I will never eat at this location again. Just a warning to check the food that goes out and make sure it’s safe to serve.
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We waited 3 HOURS for our food! After complaining for waiting an hour for our entrees, the manager took a percentage off the bill and said we could order more food. Only to wait over another hour with little to no communication!! We arrived at 4:30 and didn’t leave til after 7:30. There were groups that arrived after us who finished eating while we still waited for our entrees. Not to mention that the bathrooms are gross and there was hair in the sink. The atmosphere, service and overall professionalism of the Applebees is horrendous. I will not be going back!
