11/02/24 UPDATE****
A refund was NEVER issued. I called the restaurant again and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes for a manager. I got Edith the kitchen manager again. Why do they keep sending the kitchen manager who doesn’t even know how to issue a refund. All she can do is take down my information!!! This is crazy and the worst service ever!! NO ONE AT THIS RESTAURANT IS TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING!!! I will not use your link, I will NEVER spend a dollar at this restaurant.
Ordered thru the Applebees app for delivery. Food arrived wrong. Called the store for a manager, placed on hold for 8 minutes. Hung up and called back and I spoke to the rudest manager I have ever encounter named Rob! He never apologized and he hung up on me. I called back and was passed around and eventually made to speak with the kitchen manager who issued a refund for my food. Thank you for your kindness Edith and the other staff collecting my information, but I will NEVER give this specific restaurant my business again!
Went to Applebee's in Bradley IL and I returned my first sandwich and the 2nd wrap they brought out to me looked like they pulled it apart with their hands, like they were pissed that I sent my first sandwich back smh..And our server Amy C wanted to talk behind the bar the whole time and ignore her customers making us wait forever, I mean your job is to wait on people not stand and talk behind the bar. We waited almost a hour for chicken wraps and when she took our credit card we waited another 20 mins to get that back so she could finish her conversation with the people at the bar, I mean come on!!! Very Very poor service there!!!
Great food, Amazing Service, Awesome Music ! I will DEFINITELY be back !! Keep up the good work team !! The Server/Bartender Jazz IS AMAZING! She’s attentive, Sweet and Makes the best drinks I’ve EVER had in the Bradley/Bourbonnais Area !
The food was very bland I had grilled chicken broccoli and mashed potatoes. My husband had a cheese burger & fries. Appetiser was baked pretzels with honey mustard and a cheese sauce. But the service was amazing. The server was very attentive, polite and super nice. She made our visit worth going.
We had a fantastic lunch meeting at Applebee's this afternoon! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making it a great experience for our team. We were especially impressed with all the support they show for veterans, making them feel truly welcomed and appreciated — especially fitting as we approach Veterans Day. Thanks for a wonderful meal and for honoring those who have served!
Jazz was my server and she was I incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I was having a bad day and she turned it around with her amazing attitude and her loving spirit. She is the ONLY reason I will be back!!! I really left feeling like I made a friend and like she absolutely cared about me and my situation! JAZZ SHOULD BE TEACHING ALL THE SERVERS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!!
I love Berry blast MD but the Tito Berry blast was so strong my first sip about finished me lol thank goodness the waitress helped me out by bringing over a glass of just the Berry blast so I could even out the vodka more responsibly. The drink looked amazing, the burger was pretty decent and helped soak up the alcohol..3 of 5 for tonight.
Quick dinner with the family, arrived during the promotion all apps half price, we save a considerable amount going before 6pm.
Appetizer's half off.
Past was a bit runny this day overall great for the price...
