Went for dinner after a long day at work. Thought it would be a great idea to dine out with my daughter. Ordered some buffalo wings, chicken Alfredo and an 8 oz well done steak. Wings came first, they were cold, looked super old and they were super hard to bite into. Their chicken on the Alfredo was really dry and the steak came in medium rare. I felt like complaining but my daughter didn't want me to say anything because maybe they were having a hard day. When you pay $60 for a meal for two I expected great quality in the food, at least to be fresh and hot and food to be served as ordered-well done. I expect someone (manager) making sure the kitchen is running tip top shape, waitress to know customer service must be her to priority. If you don't like to do customer service then consider a job change. I won't be going back anytime soon....
Applebee's is a great spot to hang out with friends and family, offering a welcoming atmosphere perfect for good conversation and dining. The service is consistently excellent, with attentive and friendly staff.
While the food may not be extraordinary, it's reliably tasty. Some dishes stand out more than others, so it's worth trying a few to discover your favorites.
I get its Applebee's and not a fancy restaurant but why are the servers always in a hurry to leave the table. If your too busy that's fine. Iam too busy to leave a tip. Food is always ok. Great for late night
Sara was the best server I’ve had. So kind , and fast on a busy Friday night! I was so impressed. She had so many tables and was on them 24/7 . Food was great , service was amazing !
Service has really gone up in this place…. Ana was super attentive and extremely friendly. The manager came to check on us and the entire experience was great. The food was delicious. Will definitely be coming here more often.
Never again .. From burnt food to rude staff and under trained staff will keep me from going to this Applebee's or any other. Burnt my food an didn't even think twice about giving me another entree, said everything from we have a new cook to you got the last one. Then poured like a gallon of sauce to mask the burnt taste and they were riblets so they were just bad. Basically took my money an feed me whatever they felt like and whenever I mentioned anything to our waiter his only response was - let me see or let me ask or I'm not sure , uhh how about a drink refill please - let me ask and see .. Wow ok .. The manager thought the burnt food was acceptable also and only said if I needed more sauce to glaze the chare .. never again ..
It's 12:29 I order a drink and a shoot. One waiter claimed customers were not allowed to have 2 drinks in one hour, the bartender states a customer can have 1 drink every 30 mins. Another waiter had no idea what was going on. I know for a fact I will not be coming back and I will tell others to pick a different place to eat.
The high chairs that were given to us were super disgusting! We even wiped them down ourselves with Clorox wipes. You’d think that they’d clean and sanitize them since KIDS and TODDLERS use them but you’d be surprised. The strap had layers of food on them it was super gross. Anyways, days later my babies threw up. And turn out they caught a stomach virus. We had gone no where but to Applebees so we knew it was those nasty high chairs. Now all 3 of my babies are throwing up. And have this virus. Crazy how you’re supposed to be able to trust that they’d clean but they obviously don’t care about their customers safety and health.
