This place needs shut down! I have photos of the floor that has chipped and flaked off, by my table, and where it hadnt been moped in forever. I had to use the restroom, and did not need directions to where it was at. You could smell those restrooms, from the front door. They seem to have not been cleaned in years (have photos of those too), not to mention they seated people right beside them. The entire place had a greasy floor feel, along with a sticky touch to every surface, including tables. They tried to over-charge me by adding a dollar to the receipt of something that went back, and removed the dollar and not the cost of the item. I will never go here again!
Ribs were dry, coleslaw was dry, Mac n cheese with tenders was cold, breadstick stale. Atmosphere was meh. Won't be back.
Service was slow. But the food was delicious. They are having a $15.99 deal right now for limited time. Unlimited eat all you want chicken wings fries and coleslaw
Got take out appetizers from Applebee's. I have to say it was disappointing this time. Got the double crunch wings with sauce on the side. They were not crunchy one bit. The sauce had a good flavor. Got the tomato soup. Pretty good flavor. They forgot our salad. Lucky we caught it before we left so we called and they ran one out to us in the parking lot. The salad was good overall but lacking croutons. The nachos were ok. Pretty salty. Overall I would give them one more chance.
All of the employees were very friendly. The food arrived in a timely fashion. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was excellent. The lettuce in the oriental salad and strawberry salad was rusty. The price was discounted $8.00 for the rusty lettuce. They were out of diet soad.
Went for lunch today at the Springfield bechtle Ave/first street location. There were 2 water leaks occurring from the ceiling. One by the front door and one in front of a corner booth. Both were dripping onto the floor, the lady in front of us waiting to be seated had it actually drip on her. No one was doing anything about the leaks, and just lettung it drip onto the floor and people. The ceiling has chipped and cracked paint with big flakes dropping down onto the floor.
We get seated in the bar, husband orders a water, and says no lemon when she asked. She still brought him water with lemons in it. He then ordered a steak medium well with fries and garlicky green beans. They bring him a very well done steak, mashed potatoes, and garlicky green beans. The waitress (who was the bartender) brought the manager over, who literally acted shocked that he was just done with it all.
He didn't eat any of it, didn't want a remake, just wanted it taken off the bill. We were there for over an hour, the entire time a table next to us had the last party's food and dishes still on it the whole time, covered in flies. It was such a bad experience to the point we will not be back. It's sad to see it in the shape it's in.
Our waitress disappeared for long periods of time and never brought straws with drinks and we had to go to the bar for napkins so we could eat because she never returned with any. We also had to go to the bar to pay to leave because she never came back. The food was very bland and not the best. We have tried this location multiple times and they just can't get anything right. There's more hostess at the front checking people in than they have waiters or waitresses. Poor management and not worth the money.
We stayed at the hotel next door as we were passing through. Stopped in for a late meal and service was very good. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was ok, Our food came out quickly and it was overall a.pleasant experience. We sat at the bar and Robert provided excellent service. Thank you
