Stopped by to have lunch from the airport, ordered a Caesar salad with blackened shrimp. I noticed the salad was a little soggy and had a "strange taste" but ate about 1/4 of it before I noticed several pieces of putrid lettuce. Not just rotten, completely rancid. I was feeling immediately ill and asked that they check that other customers were not served. The staff was pleasant but they asked if I wanted another salad. I declined and then they still charged me but discounted the salad 7 dollars around half. I believe my salad should have been refunded as well as everyone who may have eaten salads that day. If you won't eat it do not serve it to others.
One of the best places to go on Veteran's day. They give you plenty of options and the only place that decorated and made it feel like an actual holiday. Great service. I will be coming back every year.
The service at this location is superb. You’re immediately greeted upon arrival. The staff is very attentive and quick for as busy as it is. Another surprise was that the food came out hot and quickly especially the fries which is how you can tell how the kitchen operates. Overall very happy and will come back at the next opportunity
I like Applebees, but the service quality is lacking at this location tonight. I'm not sure if it's better during the day vs night. I understand that everyone is working hard, including the manager.
Shaileen was our server, and she said she was new. So, I tried to be patient and kind to her. I ordered an iced tea, and my wife ordered a margarita. We also ordered a chicken wonton taco and bone-in chicken wings. She wrote everything on paper, and after that, she went to another table and took their orders. By this time, she has written a lot on her mini notepad.
After a while, she brought my iced tea and asked my wife what kind of drink she ordered. She apologized, and we told her that it was okay. Shaileen jotted it down, and after a while, my wife got her drink.
No plates, no silverware. Bone in chicken wings came with a couple of wing portions, and the rest were drumsticks. The mushroom burger was supposed to arrive with green beans, but we got all the French fries. No one comes by to check on us or refill the water or tea. I observed a handful of customers come in and take off after waiting too long.
At the end of our dining, the server wrote down three gift cards, but the manager only input one. When he brought the receipt for me to sign, I asked him about the other two gift cards our server jotted down. The manager said he only saw one. So, I said no worries, I'll use it next time.
The server I had was Erwin and he did an amazing job came over alot during my visit to make sure everything was going good with my food And always made sure he asked if I wanted a refill in my drink before it was all the way gone and the food was amazing as always. The manager Teresa also came over quite a few time to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back soon.
We went during HH and we can tell that they were short handed. Our server did not miss a beat and was on point. She is the reason I'm giving this place 5 stars. The food was cooked perfectly and fast.
We went Sunday afternoon. We were greeted promptly at the door. The restaurant is clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. Our server was Shaileen. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, snd attentive. She provided outstanding service. I have been served by her in the past and was happy to see she was our server this time as well! The food and drinks were good. We will be back!
I eat here frequently because I go shopping in Kent at Winco, it’s always been great! I decided to write this review because I left my wallet behind on accident and the employees noticed so fast and grabbed it, so when I noticed it was gone, I called to see if they’d found it, sure as the rain, the staff found it and they saved me! They where so kind when I came back for it, and ensured it was actually me by checking my ID, so they where great, not to mention thorough in making sure something that was lost got returned! Absolutely class, that was!
