Service Sucks it is extremely slow. They were not that busy and took an extremely long time to get drinks. We even ordered food at the same time. Thought that they were short on staff but they kept popping up from the back. They were relying on one person. Everyone else was not helping the one waiter. I tried to excuse it because they were short handed but several employees came out of the back. Talked to the only one waiting on tables they informed us several people had quit but the person seating us only did that no help at all. He keep walking around not doing anything but seating guests. He did say he would get us drinks but never did our waiter took our order and brought them over. Seems our waiter this place just sucks. Therefore, over an hour and just got drinks.
No doubt the worst service I have ever had, if I could give no star I would, I read a comment from three weeks ago and the exact same thing happened to us. We came in around 7:30 and ended up having to leave at over an hour later the guy who sat us tried taking our drinks without writing them down, complained about not being able to drink alcohol at work, never brought our drinks out our server did that he was the only one actually working then guy that sat us was just walking around, there was just us and 1 other family. The lady I’m guessing a manager came out and told us we had not been waiting over an hour we tried to just pay for our drinks but our server (dude with 1 arm) said we’d have to pay for the food that we didn’t receive. You could hear them arguing they had attitudes the entire time. The most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, was just trying to have a nice birthday dinner and take our kids out ended up eating subway. Yall need to do something cause that service was absolutely ridiculous.
Very clean Applebee's with friendly service. Food was hot and delicious. Mozz sticks were the best!
Almost $9 for about 2 table spoons of Queso, 10-15 minutes wait for a glass of tea (we forgot to make more), both of our steaks were cooked wrong. Definitely not coming back.......way too expensive for the quality/quantity of food and service
Unfortunately, I had to delete a review on this Applebees to write a new one. For the 2nd year in a row, I received a gift card for Applebees and knew I had to use it. Had you read my last review, you would understand my hesitation in visiting. We went in with low hopes and boy were we right. Upon entering, we were greeted with a sign saying that alcohol could not be served. That did not bother me, however my wife had been looking forward to a margarita all day. With that behind us, we were seated quick and orders taken the same. My wife ordered a club sandwich which comes with fries. She asked to hold the vegetables and wanted onion rings vs. fries. Her sandwich came with all the veggies on it and no mayonnaise. To boot, she only got onion rings and no fries and we were charged for both. I asked for mayonnaise for her food and he said they did not have any. Are you serious??? Mayonnaise is listed on the menu for the sandwich she ordered. The server should have said something prior to receiving the order. My son’s order was good with the exception, he got his main course prior to his salad and he complained the salad was hot. He actually threw up in their bathroom. As for my meal, it was ok til I got the the center of my sandwich. Fried chicken sandwich should not be pink and slimy. Enough said… I did not waste time trying to make it right. We just wanted to get out asap.
I am leaving one star with all items. I certainly would like to leave no star as service was horrible. The waitress/waiter did not communicate With one another wrong up my order wrong. Then tried to overcharge us when it was brought to their attention. They got an attitude. Manager was not helpful. She would not come to the table. Food was absolutely disgusting. When I asked for the check, she was still trying to get me to get a dessert ad telling her three times I was not interested. She went and got the check. I absolutely will not be back at that restaurant again to eat Lost a customer that ate there quite often, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had this terrible type service!!!!!!
I'm only giving one star because I can't give less. Our experience here was absolutely horrible. After waiting for 15 minutes for the waiter to come to the table, we ordered our drinks and meals. After another 15 minutes, I had to ask another waiter if we could get our drinks, as she was walking by, trying their hardest to avoid us. She brought the drinks to us. Finally, our meals were brought and the quality wasn't much. Mine, however was not brought at that time. (Which is normal sometimes)I had to ask about it and he acted like he didn't forget about it. After my family finished their meals, I still had not got my salad. I asked him if I could get it to go, he told me they're almost done making it. I waited another few minutes and decided I'd just eat something at home and told him not to worry about it, asked for the check. He then brought it to me in a Togo bag and asked if we were ready to check out. Charged my boyfriend for an extra side (even though he came back to the table after we ordered and told him he gets two sides with his meal) and handed me another customers card before I left.... Terrible service. He seemed like he didn't care at all. His entire body language made it painfully obvious that he didn't want to be there. Not impressed at all.... Lost a customer. We will not be back. How is this place still in business? Or is that why he overcharged? I've never experienced such poor customer service.
We got to the restaurant and waited for our appetizer, mozzarella sticks, over an hour. I had to ask our waitress where they were. (3 tables in her area had come in after us, gotten food, eaten and left.) They were good and hot when they finally came out an hour later. The 2nd couple that was seated across from us got their appetizer and food and we were still waiting. I had to ask the manager where our food was - she said there was some mix up in the order. Then 20 minutes later our food arrived to the table and we had to get to go boxes and didn't get to try our food there. My daughter had a 2 week old @ home that needed to nurse every 2 hours. My 2 year old granddaughter got to eat a handful of her fries while we waited on the to go order we placed earlier. Waitress gave it to the wrong table and left it - they told her it was wrong and she gave it to us. She should have never given it to us after giving it to other people. She said she had 2 to go orders back there and must have gotten them mixed up. The manager gave us a discount - 10% - which covered the kids meal. Food was HORRIBLE - ordered the chicken and shrimp without mushrooms (which it had); the chicken sandwich smelled and tasted like raw chicken, my meal was the 4 cheese mac & cheese (little bit of Alfredo sauce - chicken strips on top were decent. $64.13 later with a 2 year old sitting o er an hour an 20 minutes waiting for food. Would not recommend it ever! Entire meal should have been comped. *I say dine in but we sat for 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting on food that we had to put directly into to go boxes. So, technically I would say to go.
