Not to clean. Hair in are food, they took it back but never offered us another one. Then we had to ask them to take it off are bill because they didn't at first. Not to happy with the place. Big parking lot.
The burgers and fries were good. The table we sat at had a ceiling vent blowing cold air at us. This is ridiculous since it was only 22⁰ out. The waitress did not care and was disrespectful.
We had dinner tonight. The meal was great. Service was better! Garret was our server, and he was excellent not only to us but surrounding tables as well. That young man deserves a raise! Keep it up, Garret!! We appreciate you and your hospitality!
The food was very good and our waiter, (I think his name was José), was very friendly and offered great service. The manager / owner also stopped by to make sure we were having a good time which I appreciated.
The Bourbon chicken was amazing!!! The garlic parm tenders were a bit grease but still very Yummy. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.
Jake was fantastic. Such good service and he made great drink recommendations! Love the tipsy reindeer!!!
Not very impressed with this Applebee's location, the food is decent, but they are way understaffed.... Just went there with some friends the other night and wasn't real happy with the experience. First it took nearly an hour to get our food, again they're understaffed but that's not our problem. Also our waitress was very friendly but not attentive and only paid attention to another table which had 12 people at it and seem to not care about us because there was only three of us. Our waitress kept explaining that she was the only waiter there that night which isn't necessarily her fault, but also not our problem the restaurant is responsible for having enough waiters on hand to make sure their patrons are taken care of. Not the customer's responsibility to be understanding of the restaurants shortcomings. After all we are paying them.
Family of five able to get in without any hassle. Food was fresh and hot, everyone enjoyed their meal. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, kind and patient service for children under 5. They have definitely stepped it up.
Great value, the check was less then I had expected it would be.
