We ordered boneless chicken wings only for them to come out RAW! My wife ate one before catching it. She is now sick from eating the one she ate. Our server was very kind and understanding and took them back. Needless to say- we left and did not eat anything else given to us from this establishment. This place has gone down hill.
Seems like they could use a little help in hiring staff to run the place! Everyone seemed to be a bit short handed and a bit over worked! It took a bit of patience, buy we got through it.
Maybe Applebee's should go ahead and hire some folks! ????

Applebee’s is really stepping up their game these days! I didn’t expect much from them, but I was amazed at the service here. Our waiter was quick, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. Even the manager came and asked us how we were doing. The atmosphere is a little claustrophobic, but there’s decorations from local sports events in Brandon & Tampa.
The food here wasn’t that special, but it didn’t disappoint! You expect how the food would taste, but it hits you in a good way. The chips and queso were just alright, but the quesadilla burger was amazing! It was very juicy. The chicken sandwich was also great as well as the salad. Overall, I was impressed. Would recommend coming here if you want something cheap!
Environment is that of other fast sit down restaurants, but the service sets them apart our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Food though was my let down I ordered the 4 cheese Mac which was good flavor on the chicken but the noodle base was flavorless. I recommend you try a different dish and judge for yourself.
Absolutely fantastic! This was the best restaurant experience we have had in the past three years. The staff was so courteous and friendly. Our server Melenis was AMAZING. She was very attentive and kind. I even heard her give bullying advice to a child at the next table. I would come back just to sit in her section again.
The food came out quickly, was perfectly cooked, hot and generously portioned. I tried the Southwest Chicken bowl for the first time and was blown away by the flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked (not hard!) and the lettuce was cool and crisp. The blend of ingredients was interesting and a delight to eat with all the textures and flavors. The chicken was moist and well seasoned. I appreciated the size of the pieces as well. You could eat the chicken with other items and not have a stuffed face. I also loved that I didn’t need to cut up the bowl with a knife before eating because everything was well chopped to make the perfect bite (a personal pet peeve).
The limitless boneless wings were a fun surprise for my husband and the refills came out quickly. The first plate comes out with 10 wings and the refills come out with 5.
It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant and location if you are looking for great service and delicious food.
Thank you Applebee's for my free veterans meal. The steak wasn't as good a quality as it was before but was still good.
The bartender said it was happy hour but I wished she would have told me it was $6 for one beer( it was buy one get one and i only wanted one).
Shawn was AMAZING! He was on top of everything. Once he realized we were ordering appetizers and entree at the same time he right away put in the apps. He came around very often to make sure we were good with drinks and our meals. We never felt like we were forgotten. He is a keeper!!
It was just great. Staff was incredible, very nice. Everybody has treated us well. The food was on point. I have been craving some ribs for a while and they lived up to my expectation. Coming from Czech, we appreciate good American food and Applebee’s is always good place to go when on holiday.
