This was one of our favourite places. During our 10 days in Orlando, we went here 3 times. Everytime, the service was amazing and the food was delicious and well priced. The staff couldn't do enough. Would 100% go back if we're on I-Drive for future holidays.
In particular, the spinach and artichoke dip is delightful. Didn't think we'd enjoy but my golly, YUM!
This place needs to be staffed better and the kitchen staff need better training. Our server was lovely to begin with but became pretty sassy as time went on. I understand you’re busy but we waited 20 minutes for tap water and a Pepsi. I ordered the quesadilla chicken salad which arrived with half of the ingredients missing (pico, cheese). I had to ask for it and showed the picture from the website with what I ordered. I was met with a very sarcastic ‘that’s why we have pictures on the website- so that you can compare your meal!!’. By the time it arrived I was half way through my bowl of lettuce and watery dressing. My friend ordered the nachos with an extra surprise treat of a block of frozen sour cream. We also ordered some wings which were fine but were double charged for the ranch which was met with more sassiness from the server. We would’ve expected at least a small discount considering the issues with our food but weren’t offered anything of the sort. We were told it was a busy night, however the restaurant was at maybe 70% capacity and very understaffed. We heard some sass towards other customers too. More training would be beneficial- especially in the kitchen. Below average overall.
Decent meals all around. Worth the visit. Food tasty and well prepared. Cooked really quickly and delivered to the table. would recommend and revisit.
Our server Alex was not a server. He sucked. Didn’t mention the two for 1 drinks did not exist till 10 pm he didn’t know chimi churri sauce was a thing in Applebee’s ( I worked for Applebee’s from 2010-2020 )and he didn’t check on us. However Bobby the host Was the bet the top top notch excellent customer service. He told me about two for ones and drink specials going on later He went out of his way to bring napkins and check with the kitchen about a sauce I was wondering if they still had. Y’all should be ashamed you have the face of the store so to such a personality and good looks at the host stand. Bobby deserves better and is very knowledgeable. He made our night. And if we return we hope he has moved on to better things and more money. KNOW You’re worth Bobby. Thank you …5 stars for Bobby. 1/2 star for service and food
The food was good but I mean like it was okay! ???? I give like a 7/10! The burger was actually good like 7.50/10. The attention was 10/10 even when we had to wait. :)
The prices are really good!
Huge portions, all a little bit spicy.
Brilliant staff
I had whiskey chicken ‘sliders’ and they were very salty and too heavily breaded & fried for my taste. Fries were good, Caesar salad with chicken was standard and husband liked okay. Attentive service at the dead-hour between lunch and dinner. Piped music was super-loud.
Haley W was an awesome waitress and really made the kids night! She was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We are very appreciative of her service!
As for the food, my son loved the honey mustard and my daughter and husband were big fans of the bacon cheeseburger! I had the southwest salad and as a lactose free option was lovely not to have to have boring choices!
We loved it!
