11/20/24. Stopped in for dinner and it was pretty good. Rikki was our server and she was very attentive. The restaurant had a good vibe to it. It's been a lo g time sense I been to a Applebee's and it has changes a lot sense my last visit. They have a very good menu of quick bites to meals.
Could not have asked for a better experience. I would go back just for one of the 3 ratings by itself. Waitress was so friendly, very good to our 1 year old, and just good company all around. Had everything we needed when we needed it. The food was at the table in under 15 minutes and cooked with precision. Taste, texture, temperature, everything spot on. Wings were amazing, burger cooked and perfectly put together. These people just seemed to love what they do and that is how it felt for us. The atmosphere was everything one would hope for when sitting down for dinner to dine with family, especially with a baby. Thank you Applebee's offering royal, we would be honored to dine with you again, and would be more than happy to make the hour and 15 minute long commute every time!

The Food was excellent.
Rib Eye steak was cooked to perfection, whit Mash Potatoes and Broccoli.
I got Cesar Salad ???? extra don't come whit meal, was good too.
The server was very polite and was checking make sure all was ok , o if I need Something, the Holiday Music ???? in the Background was good.
Was a very windy day.
The place was Nice and cozy.
Apr 9 ,2023 : Applebee's Grill was not very busy ofcourse it was Easter Sunday as well .
The waitress was polite and attentive . The food was nice and seasoned well .
I only have 1 small input of advice . The dish I had was the BOURBON STREET CHICKEN & SHRIMP. It has onions which I love and everything was cooked and seasoned nice but the cook left two long "dry" strip's of onion skin in the recipe.
My Dad had the Riblett's. Mom had the Sirloin steak that was supposed to be med rare but was more med well to well done but she said it still tasted good .

Horrible food. We ordered fish and chips and the prime rib sandwich. The fish was burnt until it was hard, the server acknowledged and offered to have it re-cooked. Out of coke slaw so I had to pay an “up charge” for a small
House salad. The food was not edible. The prime rib sandwich was also extremely over cooked and had so much salt it was inedible. We paid $39 for food that was not eaten. We did drink the tea and I ate the salad. We were offered $5 off. Never again!
Ordered Carside To Go dinner through the website for my children after traveling all day from out of town. Followed online instructions to notify of my arrival. I also attempted to reach the restaurant for a disabled gentleman parked next to me to notify them of his arrival. No answer on the phone, so I knocked on the back door and spoke to the manager to tell them we were waiting on food. 20 minutes later, I came inside to ask about our food. The older gentleman’s order was sitting at the bar, so I asked the hostess to take it to him. Mine was nowhere to be found, so I had them go look for it in the kitchen. They came out with food which had been sitting bagged for a long time, including melted dessert and unrefrigerated milk. I spoke with the same manager who seemed oblivious to the issue and requested that the food be remade. The hostess was very apologetic, but that was the only positive interaction. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service.
6/22/2024 12:00. I've worked as a waitress for many years, and thank God I never gave the service I got today. The hostess who sat us had no personality, the waiter didn't come over for ten minutes after we sat down, I'm sure it would have been longer had a coworker not told him. He had one other table so he wasn't slammed. He forgot a sweet n lo, said they had to make more chimichuri for our rice bowl, never brought any back. Totally unacceptable. I definitely would have written him up. DO BETTER!!!
Food was great. Service was good. We had the all you can eat boneless wings.
