Applebee’s always has the food that I expect. It is very good, but definitely not high end nor should it try to be. My wife and I went to dinner at our local Applebee’s and got a great meal. Of course the service was excellent as always. We started off with the chicken wonton tacos, which were light and very tasty. For the entrée, I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp while my wife had crispy shrimp. Both entrées were very delicious. If you’re looking for a tasty affordable meal, Applebee’s is your place.
This is a very nice restaurant. The meals are comfort food, not high end. But very good. Prices are low to moderate.. But most of the food is very good.
The servers are so nice. This is the place you want to go, if you want to feel like home.
Will come back again when we come down from Canada. For sure, eh!!
Stopped by Applebee's for dinner. 1st time at this location. Walked in and was seated close to the bar. I like the high seats. I ordered the riblets, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. The food was pretty good but loved my drink. I can't remember the name of the drink completely but it was something like Bahamas Moma so good. It's a rum Punch a must try if you like rum. I would give them an 8 outta 10.
Awesome as always. Applebees is a great go to for affordable dining. Great custom drinks and a fantastic happy hour. I got the quesadilla burger & substituted the Impossible patty which was AWESOME they have that option. I’m not vegan but I find it a healthy alternative to ALWAYS eating red meat. I got the shark bowl which was tasty too.
My mom and i came to palm desert for my sisters colorguard show and we stopped at applebees after for our “fancy dinner outing” and oh my god we would’ve had better service at carls JUNIOR across from our hotel LOL. :/
our server not only served the table who got there after us, FIRST, but never gave us a refill. (either of us). (ever.) had to ask somebody else bc he avoided our table somehow. we got sat next to the bar, to be seated before our 20 minute wait time, the plate was wet and fries got soggy, literally my mom got coke and only one cup bc he wouldn’t come back??? so sad. like u hurt my mom, u hurt me. anyway!!! so many cute seniors / old people in there and this ?? is the song they played?? . so ghetto. idk if all applebee's employees are avoiding tables, but this was a disappointment. my mom wasted her money treating us to eat out. (doesn’t happen very often, as this is usually why)… if u want a sign to eat somewhere else, THIS IS IT. :/ one star for the silverware. :(
Seating service was great. Food service was slow. Had to keep waving the waiter over to remind him of missing and wrong orders. Don't know if it was his first day or ??
We ordered 4 dishes of the same, but 2 steaks were half the size of the other 2
Good food and nice service. The wonton tacos were good, the wonton made it feel light but the chicken made the taco heavy. It was a good balance of you won’t something to eat but not to heavy. Not to loud so you can have a actual conversation.
Went in around 6:30pm on a Wednesday not busy at all maybe 4 tables had customers maybe 3 people at the bar. Got seated fairly quickly but then waited 15 minutes to get drinks and we placed our order for food at the same time. 5 meals came out fairly quickly took additional 3-5 minutes for a few other meals to come out and the 8th meal which was a steak medium rare was never delivered and forgotten about so my husband had to question where our daughters meal was then 5 min later she brought it out. No follow up from waitress for our table then we had to flag her down for anything and refills. When I was looking for napkins which I had to get my own passed by the manager twice and he never inquired he just sat at a table for over 45 minutes with another individual. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.
