So got an email free wings on Monday 6 wings . Well you know me looking for a bargain. Well it was true six wings boneless. They tried to tell it was with 10 purchase will I didn’t see that on page . Well finally we worked that fake advertising lol I did buy lime chicken fiesta I was going buy some thing anyway but don’t try to change the rules. There is nothing that says 10 purchase. lol well Ty Lee for your service. Meal was ok . Has changed a lot rice was gummy wasn’t red thick bland not the best meal . But it’s Apple Bees .
We love coming to Applebee’s. We ordered our sirloin steak and my wife ordered Chicken Shrimp steak with side order. It was an awesome experience. We loved and enjoyed every item from the menu. The staff service was great. This place have a great kids menu. They have a great bar as well. We definitely would recommend this place.
Jaylen provided a very attentive, kind, and upbeat service for us! The food was better than my recent experience at Red Lobster and Chili's! The restaurant was clean. Highly recommend and ask for Jaylen! Check your mail, they send coupons too!
Jake M is best server ever had, we were first ones in at 11am on a Saturday. But he treated us as if we the most important customers, I am betting he treats every customer that way.
He gave us menus, suggested things, was friendly & personable, gave great attention making sure he had it correct came and checked on us regularly. He is an asset to this location, we will come back because of the quality of service, friendliness and quality of food
We had a disappointing experience at Applebee’s. While our new server was friendly and attentive, it was clear he had no support. The manager was outside smoking, and it took three others to finally make our drinks—which we didn’t receive until after the check, despite ordering them halfway through the meal. I ordered a specialty margarita that wasn’t supposed to have sweet and sour, but it did, and it tasted awful. The bar and management need serious improvement. The only redeeming factors were the excellent service from the new server and the kitchen’s work. One star overall. Don’t waste your time dining in.
Sat at table for 15 to 20 mins waiting on someone to attend us. I got the hostess attention and asked her if we could put in an order for our drinks. She said it’s our waiter’s first day and went to her post and sat down. After about 5 minutes our waiter came to our table after I got his attention. I asked him if we could order our drinks and while he was doing that he could go ahead and take our food order as well. With a blank look on his already stressed out face he says I gotta find a pen. At that point my wife and I felt sorry for the guy left and went to chili’s. After a long hard day at work and dealing with other issues 15 minutes for a drink feels like a really long time. I wish the host would have had some initiative to at least get our drinks. we would have been patient with the waiter. Everybody has a first day unfortunately he had no help.
Ruined my Dad’s Veteran’s Day dinner. Do not eat here! A big roach came out WHIle We were eating. We told our server and the manager and they just laughed and asked us what we wanted them to do about it? No apology. No remorse. Don’t do it. 11/11/2024.
My sister and I had the child's cheese burger and fries, and the drink came with it. Large portions. 7.99. Very good! It was busy,but not too loud. The waitress was great.
