Food was scrumptious, waiter was very polite and asked several times if we liked the food or wanted anything. Had a margarita and my friend had a kamikaze. Everything was great. The appetizer was the pretzels and cheese. VERY good!
We placed our order at the bar. Hubby's dinner consisted of boneless wings with hot sauce and a chicken platter. His fries were cold and the chicken strips were hard. They did comp his platter. My meal consisted of chicken wonton and black cajon salmon. They brought out the tacos on a plate and not in the taco holder which I was ok with but after looking at it.... they were only 1/2 filled, nothing like the picture! I brought this to the bartenders attention and she asked if I wanted more coleslaw to add. Fish was good but after eating 1/2 of my broccoli, I found a "use by" sticker!! For my meal, she took 5 bucks off. I think we are done with this restaurant for a long time.
We had a bad experience a few years ago and only returned this year. We are happy to say everything was so perfect, we have returned many times. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great.
Not the best service. Staff was sitting down the whole time and our drinks were empty. Never came back to check on us and then we told them it was our daughter's 11th birthday. That we wanted milk shakes and the machine was "broke" they didn't even say happy birthday. Got the bill and gave 200.00 cash and the waiters response to paying the bill is do you need change. Yes sir I need change on my 115.00 bill.???????? service was my only complaint. Compliments to the cook for the good food!
My wife and I went to the Applebee's in Wadsworth, Ohio. It started off bad when my wife asked the bartender (Kaytlin) to please wipe the crumbs off the bar where we were about to sit. We got a huff and she went to get a cloth to do it. For the whole rest of the event there were no smiles and short sentences or no response to our questions. The food was good. My wife had a steak and I had the chicken fiesta. The price was OK for today's world, but the visit was not pleasant. She never asked if we liked our food or anything else after it was delivered. We asked for the bill and it was laid in front of us on the small tray and she walked away. My wife gave her the least amount of tip that was already calculated on the bill (18%). I wanted 10% or less, but my wife tried making excuses for Kaytlin. I will not encourage my wife to return.
Best place for appetizers and a sangria on a Friday night.
Ordered Carside to Go online. It was ready in 20. Applebee's!
I visited this restaurant with approximately 12 others for a birthday party. The server that we had for the party her name was AJ. We all had exceptional And Timely service and the food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant at this location.
The waitress is great. I tried to fill the survey but it locked up on the tablet that's on the table.
