We ordered Blackened Cajun Salmon, Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl, Brownie Bite, and Triple Chocolate Meltdown and all of them tasted very good! The atmosphere is good too.
Got to go. Was there 10 mins before time to pick up, checked in and waited about 12 ish mins. That's fine. Server was nice. Drove less than 3 miles home. Food was stone cold. The bourbon chicken (my fav) was literally inedible. I threw it out. My husband's steak was supposed to be midrare and was more like a hockey puck of a mini roast. Steamed broccoli was nice. Mozzarella sticks and spinach dip are not great cold. Worst meal I have ever had at an Applebee's. Will not be back to this location ever. Good luck if you eat here.
Absolutely love the waitress Lesa she has the best personality. She makes sure our food is right all the time and it’s always so good so obviously the cook is amazing. I have been there a few times before and with a very good experience so I stopped coming for a while, but thank goodness I went back because they finally got somebody in there that actually cares and knows what they’re doing.. I usually do curbside it’s always ready when I get there. She always make sure to check the order before she brings it out to us to make sure everything‘s correct the services fast it just makes it so much better with the money that you spend that you have somebody fixing your food that you can trustthat has good personality and I’m pretty sure she knows her customers. She forms a bond with them so thank you too the waitress who always repairs my food and brings it to my car much appreciation.
We had the lunch special classic cheeseburgers. The beef was bloody rare, my wife could not finish hers but I ate mine anyway instead of wasting more wait time sending it back. Our waitress was awesome about it and gave us a credit for my wife’s. I would not return to this particular Applebees.

The food was what was expected, that's the good news. Our waiter was pleasant, however, either very forgetful or so slow he couldn't catch a cold. The restrooms were disgusting. I asked the bartender to check us out ( the server was nowhere to be found) and she was too busy talking to her friend to help. When I interrupted her she was rude and snapped you have to wait for the server. How tempting it was to just walk out and not pay... I didn't, but wanted to.
Absolutely a horrible experience.
Horrible customer service. They ignore customers. Sing along to the music playing instead of actually talking to a customer to see what is needed. After almost 10 minutes they finally had someone come ask for the name of the order. The food is not worth the wait or having to deal with the rude staff.
Service and food was awesome, but it was very cold inside and several customers at the bar complained. The manager informed us that it was hot in the kitchen, so she was not turning it up.
