This is Pure Foolishness and the Health Department needs to go inspect this place. We walked in and stood at the entrance for 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. The first two tables she attempted to seat us at were dirty. I was given plastic utensils and questioned the young lady taking an order at the booth ahead of me. She stated ,” probably because we don’t have clean utensils.” I was floored as I saw multiple team members sitting at the bar having a good ‘ol time while on the clock. No clean utensils , floor dirty, tables dirty, windows dirty. I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I told her no problem I’m out of here as soon as my Husband comes out of the bathroom. I can’t believe the management. Health Department! Please and Thank you!
You can tell this location is about to shut down. I’ve been here twice and literally no one else in the restaurant. It looks awful and smells by the front door. However service is always pretty good. Food is just ok I’ve had better Applebees and the drinks aren’t worth ordering. They’ve also changed their hours from 10am-midnight to closing at 8pm. I wish the staff luck in finding new employment when this closes.

My experience with this location was amazing!! I have gone in the past and wasn't too happy about showing up on yesterday but it was everything. First, we decided to celebrate my uncle's birthday there so the party was about 18 people. We showed up - happiness and hugs were being passed out.
The GM, Jessica came over to our table, letting us know immediately that they were shortstaffed but to give them a minute and someone would be over to take our drink orders.
Little did I know, she was about to fill those shoes. She came back and told us how the ordering system would help her. She then began taking orders. She got everyone's drinks together as the party went from like 14, to 16 to 18 lol...each time she came back, others were added. She got our drinks then started on the food. They currently have an ALL YOU CAN EAT special so of course, many of us wanted the deal!
She gradually started bringing food and I don't think we had one plate to go back as an inaccuracy!
She was very patient with us and again, let us know she had plenty of food to pass out but only two arms...(tickled me) while trying her best and would assist us each time.
The service was again, great - she was almost one of us family members. We asked could the cake be stored in the back until everyone ate. She happily assisted with that and all enjoyed cake time! She brought us plates and forks.
Oh, let me focus......the food was really good and plates were full. I just knew I would rack up on some food but after my second plate, I was good. I had the buffalo boneless wings and man, man man were they de-lish!!! The riblets I'm still trying to get used to as the meat taste a little different internally and is definitely where I found the bones. (Sorry, I'm still a kid when it comes to some things.) I didn't bring this to her attention because I am a picky eater and this was likely a 'me' concern vs others at the table who seemed to have enjoyed theirs.
I tried the pomegranate lemonade and oh my, I was in Heaven!! Yep, I wanted a refill and also asked for one to go.
At the end, she did explain to all ticketholders about the suggested gratuity on the receipt so noone was surprised. That was really helpful as I knew about it with the large party but there were lots of senior guest that might've been questioning that.
In the past, the inside didn't smell too pleasant but honestly, I didn't notice a weird scent this time. I also say it was very clean. Oh, as we arrived, we were seated in no time!!! (sorry, selfishly I'm glad many guests were not there) .
I didn't use the restrooms so I am unable to give a review there but from the looks of things, I'm pretty sure it was just as clean.
We didn't experience any issues while in attendance and enjoyed the whole time!!! It's always fun times with family, especially when my uncle hadn't been out in months!!!
I want to extend my THANKS over and over again to Jessica and the team! Everything was great from the minute we walked in. Jessica mentioned she was getting the place together and from my view, she is doing an exemplary job!!!! I will definitely be back to this location and glad to see the upkeep since I live only a couple of miles away.

The food wasn't ready once arrived, the manager shared they were out of chx, I ordered online and the manager asked me what I ordered and then forgot things on my order. 1st order of chx came out burnt and hard on my bowl and the manager fixed that, but was out of Guac,I had to ask for cheese. I spent 12 dols on chx nachoes and received some bad tasting queso, chips and chx. The salad wasn't the best nor the bowl. The best thing was the desert which was missing the caramel, but I gave the 1 star because the dessert turned out being the best dish. Not returning to this location.
Absolutely atrocious! Took 30 mins to order, appetizer came out 10 minutes AFTER food. Waited for over 30 mins to get food after ordering. Never got a refill on drink. Food came out incomplete or not as shown or stated in menu. I though I would give it another chance after I was assured it would "get better". Never again!
Bad service, I was strong at the bar for about 15 min before I had get the managers attention for service. Did not offer water.. I ask him for boneless wings appetizer and a blue moon. Wings were served hot and fresh and beer was cold too. But after dinner I waited for my check and it took a while while to get my check. Not even one person on the floor… any customer could have walked out without paying… if a server is helping one customer, he or she is only concerned about that particular customer. Bad customer service but food was good…. Your choice….
Went to this local Applebees to have their employee named Alexandria steal 10$ off my card for her a tip she wrote herself a tip on my receipt after we left. Spoke with three different managers they all stated i will get refunded and i haven’t it has been about a month now. Hasn’t any manager offered no free meal, or anything instead one of the managers Jessica stated there’s nothing they can do in the store but just wait on the refund after one of there employees stole from me. They will also be reported to the BBB as well. I have waited long enough.
I should’ve known when I pulled into the parking lot and it was dead. I went inside and was greeted by the bartender who was the only person working up front with another waitress running around. Long story short it had a weird smell when you walk through the door. I ordered a Long Island tea and a water . Both drinks had mold stuck to the ice cubes floating around. The table and floor was sticky . It took an hour for me to get my food from placing the order and there was only 3 other tables there. When I got my food it was lukewarm. Her excuse for the wait was the cook couldn’t find the shrimp to go with my order. ..Two other tables came after me and already had their food. Once the food arrived I wasn’t even hungry anymore. It doesn’t take an hour like really.I just wanted the ticket. It literally took her 40 mins to get my ticket because she was too busy flirting with the man sitting at the bar. I was highly disappointed. I get places are short staffed but come on. Also the manager didn’t help. He just stood there barking orders while she and the only waitress drowned . I do not recommend this location.Take your time and money elsewhere.
