Giselle- Thank you for your OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Food served hot, drink refills on time, only regret I should have brought a light sweater— just a bit chili in the back. Will definitely be back !!
Food is always great but the service of the bartender mitchelle is horrible to be waiting 30 minutes of a drink come on now not sure why he is still a bartender their its not only us that wait but other customers as well we usually go 3 times a week ans spend from $200 to $300 but now only gi 2 times a mth bcus of service of mitchelle applebees please do something about it so we can go more often we love going their but not with that service
Frustrating how this place could never have descent service. Order something from the bar and it takes 20+ minutes to get sent to your table. Need ketchup or your hostess? Expect 20+ minutes for them to acknowledge you. Corporate needs to investigate how management runs this place with their staff. Plenty of other places in town to get good service and great food. Step up your game Applebees
The service was not that great. The waitresses were nice but the wait time for our meal was a little long. Also I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp. My friend also got they same and both skillets were greasy. I tried separating onto a separate plate but I was getting sick from eating it and was unable to finish it. He was able to finish it but he also did not enjoy how greasy it was.
Great service by Mario. Both managers Shad and Lisa were very engaging! The host Matthew was very polite!! The bartender Kimmie was so sweet
Ordered our food and one appetizer was not hot and one steak was really well done, not medium well like Ordered. We got our bill and the server said one dinner price was taken off. OK, well.. one order was the 2 for 33 with a 5.00 Margherita, the other dinner was 2 for 29.00. I would add a picture of the bill if I could, but I can't so I will add the prices here. 33.00 + 5.00 + 29.00, -17.59 comp for the one dinner and + 17.59 for the other dinner. The total came to 77.01 with 6.52 tax. So if I had paid the 77.01, I would have paid full price for it all because in the end the server Mario G didn't take away the price for the retured steak dinner! ????
Went here with my father on my way through town. Mitchell was a wonderful bartender and very personable. Helped us a lot with getting to know the area and find a good place to stay. Great person

Grand daughter & we enjoyed the atmosphere none of us felt out of place. They have a Happy Hour & no restrictions of where to sit. We ordered appetizers only & special drinks we weren't frowned about it. Very Very nice Tyvvm Applebee's ????
