Today's experience was amazing! The service was quick. The waiters name was David. He was helpful with the menu items and gave some great suggestions. The food was hot and delicious. My daughter has a kids meal that includes a cheese pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks and chocolate milk. She decided to have the Oreo shake as well for an extra charge. The staff was friendly and attentive when my husband had an issue with his meal. Actually, my husband doesn't like onions and there was onions on the plate. David was quick to help and get him taken care of and our dining experience wasn't halted. The manager came around a few time to see if we were okay. It was appreciated!
We placed a pick up order for chicken tenders with fries. We asked for lots of ketchup, but got home to find none in the bag.
Our second order was for Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. The last time i ordered this, is was wonderful. This time the taste wasn't good and the breadstick was dry and terrible and it tasted stale.
Sadly, I feel like this was $40 wasted.
All our food came out fresh and very hot, service was friendly, and we really enjoyed our meal! We got the 2 for $22 and it was truly a great deal! Large portions and nice and hot food! ????☺️

I went in for take out .. I saw the young lady take down the burgers set up from the kitchen. She reached for the plates put waffle fries on the plates the plates sat there for like 5 minutes getting cold while she went out to hug two of the men sitting at the bar. I waited maybe 25 minutes for a salad and order of fries. She brought it out but as I opened the fries up I could see she did the same to my order. My fries were soggy and cold. The quesadilla was soggy and cold. I will not order from here again. I was very unsatisfied with this service. Note. This was the first time coming.
Food was very mediocre, I had the ribs. They were very salty, the coleslaw was bland. The fries were like OK I wanted a beer, but they didn’t have any Amber or dark beers services crappy. They have the person who does the bar also serving people so she was constantly too busy didn’t give me water napkins or silverware I literally had to ask. I ordered a dessert to take with me and then hot appetizer for one of the girls at the hotel and they put the hot appetizer on top of the dessert that had ice cream!!! I steal left a tip but not 25% like I normally do. I left 15%
So we came in October off season and everything was 5 star. Fast forward to late November, early December our last 2 meals were terrible. Burnt boneless wings, overcooked burgers and steaks, and flimsy old fries. Consistency is key in the industry... hire better cooks. ????
Applebee's is pretty much the same wherever you go. We went to this location while passing thru on vacation. The staff were super nice manager engaged with my very talkative daughter. Food was good and service was quick. A nice experience. It was interesting to see some local pictures on the walls not sure if I ever paid attention to other locations.
Our go to neighborhood restaurant with family, friends and special occassions.... great food and service... our favorite!
