Went here the other night to celebrate with my husband, and was sorely disappointed with our quality of food and service. We had ordered two medium-rare steaks, but ended up getting served blue steaks that were completely raw inside. When we told the lady that brought them to us, she checked the steaks with a phone flashlight, because she questioned us when we said they were too rare to eat. This happened three times! The cook had to re-fired it, not once, but twice! The third time they brought us back our steaks, we gave up and told the lady that they were fine, even though one was still raw and the other was now well-done. It was embarrassing to have to ask them to continually recook it, so we boxed it up to cook for ourselves later.
As though this wasn’t bad enough, there were several other problems with our order. The salmon was overcooked and dry. We ordered ten boneless wings and only got eight, even though they still charged us for ten. While the server was nice, he also didn’t make a note of our order and forgot an entire appetizer. He also never checked on us to see how we were doing with the food, because he was busy chatting with coworkers in the back. He did keep our drinks filled up, but didn’t stay long enough for us to remind him about the missing appetizer, wings, or messed-up entrees.
The only reason I gave this place a two, instead of a one, was because the boneless wings were actually delicious and I really enjoyed my unique non-alcoholic drink. I also appreciated how friendly the staff was, despite the various mistakes.
Amber and Ashley are amazing bartenders! They have fun, quick, and relate to guests. They take care of customers great while remembering regulars drinks and usual food orders. I hope managers take care of them!
I was at lunch and came back for dinner. Great food presentation and prices.
Came into this place to be stared at by 4 employees who couldn’t decide who was going to seat us. Was escorted to a corner booth which probably has never been cleaned and was so sticky I chose to leave my jacket on. Ordered an item that had bacon and told the waitress “no bacon”…. She brought the item out and explained that bacon is used in the sauce and there’s nothing they can do about it. Didn’t eat it and explained to her that we would rather have just soup and salad if that’s the case. 15 minutes later brought out cold soup… nothing was cleared from the table during our experience including appetizer plates and empty glasses. Which were rarely refilled. The waitress brought the ticket out with both meals including the one that we “sent back” and when asked about having that taken off we were told we would need to speak to the manager. After speaking to the manager she reconfirmed that bacon is used in the sauce for future reference and it wasn’t their fault. This place is poorly managed and needs to be shut down. Anyway. “Fancy like” played on the radio while we were there and we did have a good laugh about that.
Great lunch, atmosphere, couldn't be better. Served quickly by server. I had black cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Girlfriend chose a bourbon street mushroom and swiss burger with fries. Very nice experience. Highly recommend.
The food was good and our server was great. I requested a table instead of a booth and she was very accommodating. She was very attentive and checked on us several times throughout our meal.
I have been here a few times and although the food is good, we always get the same waitress who consistently forgets to bring us things. For example we got wings as an appetizer and it didn't come out until after our main entrees did. I asked for a side of ranch 3 times before I was finally given the ranch 2 minutes before our check came and I was clearly done with my meal anyway. Then to make it worse, they didn't charge my card til almost 3 weeks after we had eaten a meal there. Very very strange dining experience. I really love the food but the service is just sad.
Went in for lunch right after they opened. Waiter quickly greeted us & led us to the booths by the window. Every single table in the section was dirty and had flies. All of them needed to be wiped down, but they were set with clean utensils. We pointed it out to the waiter & he went to get cleaning supplies. The whole time the manager was sitting in the end booth & didn't say or do anything. He was gone for a while, so we left
Still as bad as the last time we tried this location a couple years ago . Figured we would see if it got better, nope! Even the water had a funny taste to it.... *update, forgot to add that after we sent the 4-cheese mac and chicken tenders back (no taste to the dish, pasta was overcooked....bad) manager was kind enough to remove the order from our bill. BUT the true test is did he/she come talk to us to figure out what was wrong and fix it? No, and that is way this location has been terrible for years.
