7/23/24 Not really impressed on when I got my food, our appetizers were cold not to mention a table that got sat after we did got theirs first. I got the chicken fiesta lime chicken my bf got the three cheese. The cheese was dried on my chicken and barely had any of those chips they put underneath. My bfs noodles were cold which he didn’t even eat. Was satisfied that they took those items off the bill for us. But I would really like to know how lazy you have to be to make the food look this bad. Picture attached .
This place is kind of hit and miss, you can come one time and be extremely satisfied or have an experience like I did today where you wish you had gone somewhere else.
Our waitress said she was new so we had to restart our order 3 times because she wanted to make sure she got it right. No biggie, we didn't mind. She came with the drinks and one wasn't what was ordered at all so our waitress had to go back and make the originally ordered drink and said we wouldn't be charged for the one she brought by mistake.
Then our food came out... Every plate had an issue with it. Something was missing, food was dry or small portions. It just didn't hit the spot for any of us.
Then the bill came and we were charged for items we were told we would not be charged for. The bill issue was fixed when we caught it but still.
Like I said, hit or miss. But this visit will definitely steer me away for a while.
So glad I stopped by tonight!

We originally picked Applebee's for my daughters birthday because the birthday song. I know I should have called ahead, but upon arrival was told they don't do that anymore. You get a dessert,but that's it. Not even a candle. So if you plan dinner with a group hoping for the birthday song,that was always so fun.Don't bother. Overall the food was fine and the service was good.
I hadn't been there in over a year and was very pleased with our whole experience. I always knew the food quality was consistently good. We received excellent service from our wait staff. And hey, I got to watch the rerun of the Tigers reaching 500 again.
Service was good. Super nice lady with a fun personality. I love their brew pub pretzels and their new cheese bites they have on menu. Their double crunch shrimp was ok at best and their fries tasted as though they were reheated in a microwave. Their tomato basil soup is solid. I also love their 5 cheese mac with chicken tenders.
Almost always have a great experience here. The value is so much better than the overpriced local restaurants in the area. Always have had very good service here too. Thanks Applebee's!
Ate here multiple times while on a work trip a month ago. Good food and good service. Had to wait an extra 20minutes for a to go order because they forgot about us… eventually 4 cars were waiting before someone went inside to say something but they were very apologetic about it. Food was still hot so it doesn’t change my review too much. Classic applebees food you can rely on not being different no matter the location.
