Delicious! Our server Olivia was courteous, efficient and very friendly. Was our first visit at this location but mess pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be returning.
P.S. If I had one complaint it would be to stop deep frying the breadsticks! They taste of oil.
Entering the restaurant, it took a while for a hostess to appear. When we were seated, the service was decent, until the end. We had cone for my son's birthday and waited so long to order dessert that we just paid and left. The chicken in my broccoli chicken Alfredo was burnt. The sauce and broccoli were fine. The chips were too flimsy to hold toppings. Bethany was nice until she never brought a dessert menu knowing we were there for a birthday. The only real delight was a very friendly bus person who checked on us several times and was very sweet. He should be doing the serving.
We ordered carside to Go and head to wait 15 minutes before going in to get my food. The floors are absolutely disgusting at this location and hard to walk around because they're so wet and greasy. The food was really good though.
Update, next day. The link provided is yet again another way for them to respond to this review and make it look like they are actually going to do something about it.
I travel a lot for work and was staying near this location so I stopped in for a late lunch. I waited way too long to be acknowledged once seated, and then the food was overcooked. It took quite awhile to get the waitress attention in order to get replacement food, and the only reason they get 4 stars for service is they did attempt to remake it. But the second round was also overcooked. They were not rude at all, quite friendly, just not attentive to customers and the food quality was quite poor. I usually do not have this issue, and I have been to my share of Applebee's in a variety of places.
I came to this location last Thursday for lunch. The service was horrible. The sever was gone for more than 15 minutes. She didn't bring refills. My chicken tenders were super chucky. She took forever to get us our salads. Our sever seem liked she didn't even want to be there. The place wasn't even busy. For the price I paid for my food was ridiculous.
Only 1 server, had to go up to the bar to get the proper drink order, also had to go and remind them I wanted ranch dressing. Ordered the all you could eat after waiting 10 min for refill #1, just said forget it and left! Would not recommend!!
They were really great in taking care of my wife's celiac disease. When her meal came out there was some cross contamination, they recognized it immediately and prepared her a brand new meal. Happy to report no cross contamination and she was fine. It was great to see them take such care in preparing her food. Thank you
Ordered dinner for take out yesterday. My salad was fine but my wife’s dressing was spoiled. My wife’s chicken tenders seemed as if they were cooked a day or two before as they were extremely dry and tough. My steak that I ordered mid rare was mid well to well done. The steak was less than 1/2 inch thick so there is no way to cook it properly. I ordered for a selected pickup time and picked it up 2 minutes early, was home in less than 10 minutes to plate the food and it was terrible. It had been a while since I had been to this Applebees but will not ever go back. There were only probably 15 people in the restaurant at 6:10 pm on a weekday. I used to go here weekly years ago, such a shame they have went down hill that much.
