Everything odered tasted perfect! We enjoyed our meal, the service and atmosphere! I would highly recommend this restaurant for a Great Meal!
Fairly nice, music was loud and AC was blowing icicles. Food was delicious and drinks were great.
It's amazing how things differ from restaurant to restaurant. We eat at Applebee's 3 times a week at different locations. Eat the same thing every time. The price always differs 2-10 dollars each ticket. Local taxes maybe?? But what differs most is the quality of food. This location fell far short of the bar set by the previous ones. I'm a rare steak person but my wife is medium well. Her steak came out twice bleeding on her plate. We just played nice and I ate her steak. Worked out great for me not so good for her. The cook has no skills. Different temperature of steaks is pretty basic. Felt let down and disappointed. Service was great she tried to correct the problem. After it came out wrong the second time we decided to cut our losses.
My husband and I ate here this evening. Our server was Matt, and he couldn’t have done a better job. We had salads, steaks, mashed potatoes and broccoli and I had a sangria. It was all very good. Matt was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. Really great service. Thanks Matt, you made our date night really enjoyable!
I am currently visiting from Phoenix, Arizona, and my friends here in Pensacola took me out to dinner to Applebee’s.
They were actually very busy for a Thursday evening. Our server was named Kristal. (Sp) I want to say she was absolutely amazing. Even though she was tending bar also being a bar back, serving and busing some tables in the bar area. She was so accommodating, and friendly.
My friends will definitely be returning and asking for her. She is definitely an asset to Applebee’s. In all of Metropolitan Phoenix I’ve never had a better server than Kristal.
She definitely deserves Recognition and a raise!

Review
Applebee’s on 9 Mile Drive did an amazing job managing the influx of Veterans they served on Veterans Day. Izzy and the rest of the hosts were welcoming and exceptional. They burned through the list of patrons waiting to be sat so quickly. We waited maybe 10 minutes before being seated in this packed restaurant. I liked their use of unconventional seating methods, offering veterans of small parties to sit with other warriors in order to get everyone sat faster. Our food came out quickly, hot, and tasty. Other sit down restaurants should take note of these best practices on busy holidays. Thank you Applebees for your support to our service members and their families.
We had a great dining experience. I thought the Alfredo pasta sauce tasted a little watery but still had good flavor. The chicken wanton tacos were so good. My oldest child loved the French dip sandwich. Very nice Applebee's. We'll definitely be back
Barkeep Alexis was attentive, engaging, and helpful of menu. Gave recommendations and was swift to cater my needs. Even shared a personal tip of how freckles so cute. Served the wonton chicken tacos. Very pleased with! My first time having and was delicious. We all know this class restaurant serves frozen or precooked microwave chicken but this dish was on point with every texture needed. 5 star dish for where at for sure. Brice the manager has store on point. Parking lot clean. Store clean. Restroom clean and was seen engaging tables to check on patrons. Much better visit this time than yrs back. Will visit again in near future
