I went in earlier today and had Ashley as my server. She was so nice and always checking to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed. When she dropped off the steaks she asked us to check n make sure they're right before she left. A good meal and made right. I don't see why not to give 5 stars??
This is the second time I’ve ordered from here through Uber eats and my drinks were not given to my driver ???? and for my nachos to come with nothing on them AND I paid for extra meat.. asked for no sour cream and extra bacon on my loaded mash and it’s like they put extra sour cream with no bacon? wth Smh hopefully Uber eats will refund me because this is super ridiculous. 08/11/24 ordered at 4:00pm
We ordered catering from Applebee's in Plainfield In for our 3rd shift Christmas dinner and they did not disappoint! We went inside to pick up our food near midnight and the staff was so friendly and outgoing! The food was hot and delicious and it made for a great night! They even set some food aside and separated it from the seasonings and sauces for dietary ristrictions. Would definitely recommend for any gatherings!
Dined there 10/26/24 afternoon. My friend ordered steak and most of steak was too tough to eat. I ordered ribs. Sauce was good but ribs were very dry. Definitely overcooked. Should have sent our orders back. Sides were good. Server said he would give us a discount but that didn’t happen. A disappointing and expensive dining experience. Won’t go back.
Ask for Angel as your waitress and your experience at this Applebee's location be even better! She is so kind and caring with her customers! The food at Applebee's is always delicious at every location we have ever visited.
I've been going to Applebee's for a long time, and it's a great place to just grab a cup of coffee and chat, go sit at the bar for a couple hours with your friends, or have a nice dinner with your family. They cover all the bases. The food is great and so is the service. The carry out service is fast and convenient as well. I recommend it to anyone and I'm always happy I went there when I get the pleasure of going.
Awful! Second time in a row I've ordered car side to go and when I ask the food runner if everything is in the bag they say “Yes”—I proceed to check the bag (both experiences) and there is only one meal container of two in the bag….who knew kindergarten math was so hard. When I got home I also only had sauce on half of my full order of baby back ribs. If i was given the option to share a picture of the “dry” ribs I recd. I would
Waited 45 plus minutes only to be met with less then satisfying service and even worse food. My husbands plate was the only thing hot. He couldn't even eat his food. My food was subpar. We usually have a good experience at this location but not tonight.
