Service was great, staff that served me did an excellent job. Kitchen however doesn't know the difference between medium well and well done apparently. I hope they can do better next time.
Our server was friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly. The food was meh. My 12 oz ribeye looked more like an 8 oz that was a bit old. But it’s Applebees and we had a gift card to burn.
Everyone was nice as I entered the premises. My server was extremely nice. He able to bring me my cocktail right away then shortly after the Shrimp 'N Parmesan Sirloin wa brought over with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Overall the food and service was great. Will definitely stop by again next time I’m in town.
If I could rate it a zero I would ! Horrible service! They were not even busy .. there was only a few tables and they crammed them all in one spot you could even get around people .. the service was SOOO slow .. we had two different groups at our table .. the waiter came over and only took orders for half the table then left .. we had to get up to go find him to order.. we got served one beer the whole time never even asked if we need refills or refills in any of the other drinks.. we literally didn’t even have water.. the orders came messed up or backwards… our sides we ordered never showed up .. it took so long half the table had to ask for theirs to go .. and then the food looked HORRID in the containers.. and maybe half the portion .. ???? horrible way to end the night ! This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
I went to this location. When I was in Walla Walla, Washington. We had a large party about 20 of us and it was in the afternoon. We called ahead of time to make sure they had enough room to accommodate. They said yes, that they were not busy. When we got there, we were seated, and the restaurant was not busy. We had one waitress who obviously had never dealt with a large party before. She seemed way in over her head, very overwhelmed. it took too long for her to bring drinks out and take orders, and after food was ordered, we still waited at least another 30 minutes before food started coming out. Overall, everyone seemed happy with what they ordered. No orders were wrong. Nothing was missing. It was just the lack of attention and service from the waitress.
The worst service. Our drinks never came, the waitress took the order of the people sitting right next to us but came after us before us. The other employees were super great but this girl was horrible. Wish I knew her name I would definitely post it. She had 3 tables. Will never go back.
Changing my 4 stars to 1 after this last visit.
We arrived at about 1:10pm and were sat right away.
We waited nearly half an hour just for our order to be taken.
We left at 2:20, without ever having received our food. There were 3 other tables in our area - one had waited even longer than we did. The other 2 came in after us and had their food before we left.
We wasted a full hour - more, when you consider we still needed to eat.
There is no excuse.
Our server was nice. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was okay. Very salty. There was a communication error on my wife’s and my Mother in law’s orders, so they both got the wrong thing and decided to just eat what they got rather than wait another 20 minutes or more to eat. They also ordered breadsticks and at least half of them were very obviously burned to a crisp. First, whomever is doing the cooking should take some ownership and not send out obviously burned food. Second, the server should notice it and care enough about the customer to not take it to the table. Applebees food and service has been going downhill for years. There are much better options out there.
