The service throughout our whole meal was amazing.
Kayla was friendly and efficient, helpful with questions on the menu, refilled our drinks without being asked and felt like she cared about the customers.
The spinach artichoke dip with nachos was lovely.
Great tasting dip and lots of really good nachos.
My $9.99 deal for bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink was good value.
The burger was very good. Soft and juicy and seasoned perfectly. Fries are very average and tasted a bit like they'd been cooked earlier and reheated.
My wife's chicken burger (same deal) was very average. The chicken itself was very thick and freshly cooked but was tough, and the breading wasn't great.
Would happily come back for a beef burger (maybe on a Monday then they do the $6.99 burger offer!)
Excellent fish and chips! Crispy outside and delicious inside. Their daily deals are starting at $6.99!
Our server Juan H. at the Applebee’s location near Sam’s Club in Kissimmee was outstanding and cordial. He was fast giving super top-notch service!
I was a bit apprehensive because my first experience at Apple Bees was just ok. But this time we were welcomed warmly by our server Juan. The food was good. The atmosphere was comfortable because it was not busy on a Tuesday at 4:30. Glad we gave Apple Bees a second chance
I got a burger/ fries/ drink combo for $9.99, which is cheaper than any fast food place, and the quality was infinitely higher. Even with a tip, it's a great deal. I was skeptical about the burger, but it was terrific, with big pieces of bacon, exactly what I was hoping for, but not expecting.
And Juan H was an excellent server, very attentive during the lunchtime rush. Great job, Juan!
I came here after a disaster at another place. The bartender assisted me and was absolutely amazing. The appetizer combo was good. Hot flavorful just yummy. Should have stopped there. I ordered the mushroom Swiss, medium rare. I received a flat, way over cooked patty. I brought it to the bartenders attention and it was remade. Which was nice. And the remake was okay. What I don't like, is that instead of a good fat juicy burger that you used to get at Applebee's, is not a flat smashed patty. Between the flattened patty and small amount of mushrooms and sauce (which mind you is a small circular amount in the middle of the bun) all you really eat is that brioche bun. I had to peel the bun apart. Everything is so over powered by the amount of bread that it was just a waste. This is definitely NOT worth 16 dollars. Not when I can go to a fast food place and get a more satisfying burger for cheaper. This was the first.. and LAST time I come to this Applebee's. Such a waste of money. The best part was the bartender.
Went two evenings in a row, and have to say....
Good food, I had the ribs and the steak. Both perfectly prepared. The cocktails are amazing.... and the staff is super friendly.

Food is great for sure! Service not so much though, not so many waiters, hence long waits for someone to come to your table. No hostess either.
Also, never seen this before, but they constantly run out of silverware and offer plastic ones instead.
**Originally 4 stars but I removed one. The charge just posted to my CC and I was charged 41.93 for a 34.93 transaction. I called the store and spoke to a manager, well atleast that's who she was supposed to be. She found the charge and said I gave a 7.00 tip? No....I ordered online and picked it up myself. They didn't even bring it to my car so I'm giving 7.00 to pickup my own food? She said she would have to call me back? Why,? The charge is in front of her we established I didn't give a tip which the tip by the way would be on my receipt and if I agreed to the tip a new receipt would have been produced. That comes out to a 20% tip. Please becareful in this restaurant it is either done purposely or they have the system set to capture 20% automatically. Since she never called back I simply disputed it with my bank. My 7.00...mine....**
1st time eating at Applebee's ever. I had the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It was delicious it Also came with a house salad with dressing. I sampled the lime chicken from someone else in my group that ordered it. I will try that next time because I thought it was very good. The restaurant was fairly busy and the staff was polite. I will come back again the next time I'm in town.
